It was "fixed" and a week later, another major problem. We took it to our own mechanic nearby and he said no dealer in Lake County has he seen more issues with cars than those coming from their lot! We stressed the need for a reliable car take a college student and it's been nothing but repairs. A third issue was over $2000! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the State of Indiana fraud department. Don't be deceived by their finance department either! The rates basically start at 18% even for someone with almost a 700 credit score. Scammers and con artists! They buy from auctions, banks and other wholesale junkers, give it a car wash and hope it makes it past the end of the next block when you leave! Don't be a victim! I never write reviews but be WARNED!!!! They give the lying used car salesman's that you see in movies or shows a bad name!!!!

The…read morenext day her check engine light came on. 2 days after getting her car she tried calling 15 times starting at 10 a.m. When they open and didn't get an answer until 11 a.m. And the lady who answered continued to be rude and tell her it wasn't her problem that the car had problems after leaving the lot. They do not care about their customers at all. I say this, not only because of the customer service, but because the lady went even further to give out my friends name and address to the employees boyfriend who is now threatening them. Do not go here if you want to have a decent car and customer service.
