It was "fixed" and a week later, another major problem. We took it to our own mechanic nearby and he said no dealer in Lake County has he seen more issues with cars than those coming from their lot! We stressed the need for a reliable car take a college student and it's been nothing but repairs. A third issue was over $2000! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the State of Indiana fraud department. Don't be deceived by their finance department either! The rates basically start at 18% even for someone with almost a 700 credit score. Scammers and con artists! They buy from auctions, banks and other wholesale junkers, give it a car wash and hope it makes it past the end of the next block when you leave! Don't be a victim! Made an appointment with the owner, we believed his word to fix the vehicle we bought, they even…read moregave us a vehicle to take home. 5 days later said truck was fixed and they would deliver it and pick theirs up. We were suppose to drive it a couple of weeks to make sure everything was good, and still owed us a tank of gas, right side mirror and leak in rear window but wanted us to wait to make sure what they fixed was working. Manager from service called me personally and said after 2 weeks if truck is good they will fix rest, and take care of our gas and would also send someone to pick it up with a replacement. So all sounds great 10 days later the truck broke again from what they said they fixed so I called and now they seem to forget everything they told me and want me to waste my gas and travel 2 hours to drop it off with no replacement. Not only is the owner a liar but the whole staff is. I will file more with federal trade commission, BBB, and whoever else I need to. Do not buy a car from these people, they are scammers, liars and only want your money most cars are not even inspected b4 selling them which is illegal to do. I will shut this place down rather than be screwed over with a 30,000 truck. Beware of this dealership they are smooth talkers and will lie about your income to get you the loan, DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP
