We arrived and were not greeted directly, nobody asked our names or shook our hand. The gentleman named DJ that took us for a ride did not have great manners. Although he was knowledgeable enough about the car, he only let us drive a block down the road before telling us to head back. When we arrived back, DJ disappeared to go do something else. We were the only customers at the dealership at the time. We were very interested in buying the car. We came inside and sort of waited around for someone to maybe check with us/help in any way. This did not happen. We started to walk out to talk privately and they just said "by have a nice day." Finally I asked what we can do to further this buying process (the entire time I felt like I was doing their job. Honestly the whole experience was an embarrassment to the sales industry). The lady said yes what can I do for you. I chuckled and said is there someone we can talk to about numbers.... Then to my surprise the lady at the desk said she was the sales manager (never gave us her name or asked our names. I think her name may be Vera). She was not willing to negotiate whatsoever and seemed to not care if we walked out of the door. Did not even have the courtesy to go into an office so we could sit down to talk. Barely made eye contact. She told us then that we could not finance with them because the car was too old. Did not offer any help with alternative financing options. So essentially false advertisement on their website and what was discussed over the phone. Overall, not a professional business and underserving of any business from anyone with any amount of self-respect. Car was filthy upon arrival even though we called days ahead. No follow up calls. Nothing. Just a sad establishment that I am beyond perplexed is able to stay in business.

I test drove it and the brakes were making noises and the alignment was off. I was told those were normal issues and when I arrived from the test drive I brought this up and they seemed annoyed. They tried to rush the sale and wouldn't let me talk. When I told them I wasn't interested in paying that price they got an attitude and told me that my check was already written to them and knew the price than these guys tried to bully me into buying the car. When I refused to be bullied into a car I didn't want they cussed at me and kicked me out. These guys were bullies that try to use scare tactics to close sales on there over priced cars. I thought that was incredibly strange -- so what, if my dad wanted a car that day, they wouldn't sell it to him? So two days pass and the salesperson calls. All I'll say is the offer he gave my dad was excellent. I had done my research on True Car, so I knew what he could expect in the way of discounts, and their first offer (albeit after two days) beat what I expected. The car ended up being too cramped for my dad's liking, so he went another route, but the lack of pushiness from the salespeople was really refreshing. They were very polite and professional through the whole process.
