Instead, one nail tech began my manicure while I was still in the pedicure chair, which felt rushed and unprofessional. I was getting acrylic sets on both, and for the price I paid, the results were disappointing. The manicure is uneven and it doesn't appear that more than one coat of polish was applied. The pedicure itself was good -- the technician was kind and treated me like a valued customer -- although the gloss on my toes was missing. I have had my nails done less then a week and I have one nail pop off and one break down paid 75.00 after tip for my nails to look bad after one week!! When I was getting them done I had to tell the lady the tool she was using was burning my nail it hurt me she was going way too fast! read more

Completely butchered my real nails cut them all off and then argued with me telling me that's what I ask for and charged me $88 for a hack job that I absolutely didn't ask for! When I arrived I showed him a picture and showed him my real long nails and how they were done and told him I needed them all re done and a little trimmed they were getting to long. He gave instructions in his language to another guy and walked away. when the guy started cutting my nails real short said stop l! what are you doing? they spoke to each other and he said this isn't what you want? as he pulled out fake acrylic nails to use, I was so upset , nothing could be done now! angry I said well no way to do oval now you cut them all off so can't get the pretty design I wanted , just slap white tips and be done. Adding Insult to injury charge $88 for butchering my nails and argue with me about what I said I wanted. Never going back and would not recommend. read more

I'm so unhappy with my nails these are a mess I paid 57 and asked for a matte finish the matte isn't on my full nail I have white specks on my nails because the man didnt clean the brushes my niece also got her nails done they charged 60 dollars and didnt give her what they asked for they were very rough with their tools and rushed through finishing the nails read more

I walked I and was greeted immediately but they were pretty busy so I waited like 5 minutes and then was taken back. The nail tech was courteous enough and was polite when she spoke. She didn't converse openly and freely which I actually prefer. I'm not a small talk type of person so the silence and peaceful buzz of the drill was relaxing to me. The only 2 things I would complain about it that they had apparently never heard of a white PEARL tip which is no fault of theirs and the price was weird to me. It was like $37.52 just odd to me. But other than that I will definitely be going back there. If you are in need of nails and don't like a whole lot of chit chat then that's the place to go. read more

Note, this is a cash only establishment. I stopped in with my mother last week as I wanted to treat her to a manicure before her vacation and my nearly two week old gel mani was in need of updating. I was unsure of what services were included, or even what to ask for as they have no services or price list on display in their store. When I did ask for a gel mani, they had no idea what American white or Studio white was (a more natural looking white than the stark white of a French manicure) and even after trying to explain, they didn't get it, so I gave up and asked for a simple light pink. Of course, the first two colors I picked, they did not have. My old gel polish was picked at by their bare nails and roughed up with a rotary tool before being soaked. No cuticle oil or softener was used and my cuticles weren't pushed or trimmed, but instead, sand papered off. He continued to sand down my nails to the point that they became very thin, to the point it hurt! Then, when the base and first clear coat of gel was put on and I put my fingers under the UV light, I thought my fingers had caught fire. Ouch! After my nails were cured, it was over...not exactly what I had in mind for a relaxing manicure. To top it off, the two manicures, which haven't even lasted the weekend (I've already cracked three of my nails, I suspect because they were made so very thin), cost nearly $70. Be your own judge, but after this experience, I won't go back even on my visits here and I certainly won't recommend this establishment to anyone. read more
