He's like no appointments too busy, but I was always able to make an appointment before not to mention I've called over and over and over again and they never answer the phone. He is very personable and talkative I did not feel uncomfortable or awkward while getting my haircut. He took his time to make sure my cut was perfect and did not rush through it.
