Eagle Oil, LLC has always done right by me, and I am truly appreciative of them. I highly recommend them to anyone. I've been a customer of theirs for the last 11 years. Tom & his crew have always been courteous, professional, and prompt . Whenever I call for a delivery, he is always out within the same day or the next to make sure my family and I stay warm. One year I even called on Christmas eve, and Tom came out on Christmas Day to fill us up. I felt bad, but I will always be grateful for that day. Tom has rescued me again since then, and made sure I was good with restarting the furnace before he left. I have had many oil companies over the years, but by far, Eagle Oil has been the best! Despite the recent major snow storm and single digit temps putting them behind in deliveries, the owner himself delivered and filled our tank at 7PM this evening so we would not run out. This is a company who values their loyal customers, and goes above and beyound to be there for us. read more

AMAZING SERVICE AND PRICE!!! If I could rate their attention and service higher than five stars, I would... I called for a delivery when the company I usually use failed to deliver 150 gallons that was requested the week before... HELP! Eagle Oil, where are you? We are on auto delivery, and we are on E! I have a credit balance with Eagle Oil and NO RESPONSES after 3 days of trying to reach you to be sure you make a delivery before the storm. Its 17 degrees, snow is coming, and no one else will deliver oil to us as we are not customers!!! Their voicemail boxes are full. No way to get in touch with them. HELP... I literally am on empty and no one is going to come in the middle of a snow storm tomorrow if we aren't customers. I went with yEagle as they are a family owned business that I wanted to support. I even PREPAID to create my own budget plan to be sure that I had funds for winter fuel and this is how you treat a paying customer. AVOID THEM - you will be sorry to be in my situation - unless you have an inside track on how to get in touch. This company is not responsive, not responsible, and not reliable. read more
