I initially reached out for a refrigerator water line install and dishwasher water line install as well as a quote on new pipe hangers and shower, toilet, and sink install which I told the receptionist when booking . I asked the receptionist since I did not have kitchen cabinets and sink installed yet if the water line for dishwasher could be done or if I needed to wait and was told it wasn't an issue. Fast forward and plumber came out put in a line for refrigerator and said dishwasher couldn't be installed until sink was installed. I was charged over $300 for work and never received a quote for other work. After calling back twice inquiring , I finally got called back to say I was too far away for big jobs.

My toilet was flushing well that was Friday afternoon. Saturday it started all over again. I waited until Monday morning to call (I have another bathroom). They called me back shortly after I left the message Monday morning and came back out Monday afternoon. Today is Wednesday and all is well. I paid on Friday what I thought was a reasonable rate.
