I met with Carla Morey P.A. for my initial visit and I could not have imagined a more kind and attentive care provider. She listened and made eye contact and was very engaged. So amazing in this day & age. The woman who answers the phone was so great, I can't remember her name, Melissa or Marissa, or it rhymed with that, sorry! I was running late due to a dead battery and I was expecting to be told if I was more than 15minutes late that I would have to reschedule! BUT INSTEAD, she said please be safe, drive carefully and not to worry. Wow, what a good person and her voice is so pleasant and reassuring. I am so impressed. I am so happy this is where I will be getting care.

I've been told the MA's are pros at giving injections for shots, I did witness them doing an excellent job and this is always a concern for parents. There is currently one pediatrician providing care which is why an appointment time may not be available if she is ill herself or cannot be at the office. I've watched Dr. Muller provide exceptional care and take extra time to ensure parents concerns and questions are addressed. You will find Dr. Mueller to be an excellent partner in your child's care as she is compassionate, knowledgeable, experienced and recognizes you as the leader in the care of your child. She is a desired practitioner in the community and in high demand because of this and, her concern to see every child. For these reasons, she has at times run behind. I recently moved to the community and after investigating several options for my child's care have decided to partner with Dr. Mueller as my own child's health care provider.

Dr. McMahon got me in for some blood work and an exray. Seems that it was worse than I had thought over the years, not life threatening, but issues that need addressing. The nerve to blow off somebody who is seeking help after a death and essentially tell them to suck it up. Yeah, that's great after 2 weeks of barely any sleep and being on edge all day. Prior to this event the last few visits the doctor seemed to mistake him for someone else and couldn't remember any of his medical history and had to be reminded of all of that. Maybe consult the chart before walking into the patient's room so you can have a knowledgeable conversation. Follow Up: called the office to say "look, I really feel like I need some help and can I talk to the doctor for a minute?". Office staff said come on in. When he got there Dr Robertson said he would have to make another appointment and would not give him any type of a prescription today"

This location was the only ones in The Valley who offered rapid tests. They've got good protocols to keep exposure down... park on the side, call when you're there, rooms near the entrance. Staff were all kind and caring. My only concern was the air scrubber/purifier they had sitting with a nasty dirty filter. If it were pre pandemic I probably wouldn't have been as concerned but.... Yeah.
