We came to Hill Dentistry completely by accident--and I truly mean that. My wife had a serious fall…read morethat resulted in significant damage to her mouth, including the loss of several teeth. After getting through the emergency room and beginning the overwhelming search for a dentist, Dr. Hill's office was the only one that called us back--and the only one that could see her right away. What followed was a long and careful process to rebuild an upper bridge and replace missing teeth, and throughout it all Dr. Hill and his entire staff were exceptional. They are kind, patient, and genuinely caring, always willing to explain, help, and make what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and humane. Because of that experience, I eventually became a patient myself--despite having severe dental anxiety. As a kid, I once totaled our family car... crashing into a car that happened to belong to our dentist at the time. Let's just say the dental work that followed left a lasting impression. So walking into a dental office is not easy for me. That said, I recently had a deep cleaning, a cracked tooth repaired, and a damaged crown fixed--and I can honestly say it was amazing. It was calm, professional, and almost entirely painless. For someone with real dental fear, that's saying a lot. Dr. Hill's team is hands-down the kindest and gentlest dental staff I've ever encountered. If you're nervous, in pain, or dealing with a complicated dental situation, this is the place you want to be. I can't recommend Hill Dentistry highly enough.

When I got to the counter to check out I almost fell over when they told me the price. $429.00 for 10 mins and some glue?!?!? That is just totally insane! It's a nice office and they give out chapstick but that is just ridiculous!

I am not quite sure how I feel about this. I broke a tooth and booked an appointment for the next…read moreday online for 1030 Thursday. They called me at 10 o'clock and told me that they actually didn't have room in their schedule and they could see me on Saturday. I asked them why their system would allow me to make an appointment if they didn't really have time and then this was not a good way to treat someone who is new to the area and new to them. So then they tried to squeeze me in which was nice. Didn't work so when I did go in three days later, instead of fixing the broken tooth, they decided they wanted to do $15,000 worth of work in my mouth. The dentist I saw really loves crowns. I'm not sure that I need a whole new set of crowns. All I wanted was my tooth filled. On the other hand, he was correct about several things in my mouth so he doesn't know his stuff. I feel guilty because they did the whole work up for no charge but I don't feel confident about going back. A little background about me. I have been in the dentist chair since I was very very young, so I've seen more dentists than the average person. I don't believe they were untruthful about anything. They just weren't listening to what I needed at the moment. When I tried to describe, what I was hoping for the doctor got a little uppity. This left me with the feeling that I can't actually discuss possibilities with him. I will either take the treatment he offers or not and that's not how I like to do my medicine. If you know what I mean? On the upside, everyone really seemed to know their business. They had lots of fancy gadgets that showed me all kinds of things about my mouth.

What a joke of a predatory practice! First I'd like to address that their Google reviews that can…read morebe edited and deleted give them 4.2 stars.... Yet on Yelp where they have to live with the truth we see a whopping 1 star. They will ignore your concerns and proceed to upsell you on random "urgent matters". Then proceed to push payment plans when you say you're not interested in dropping nearly $3000 on a singular treatment. I saw a couple reviews that said I should've took it being connected to a Jersey Mikes in a Better Call Saul complex as a red flag. This couldn't be more true so I guess I'll take a bit of the blame. I'll give it one star because you can't give 0.

After going there for months, I asked if we could choose our own dentist out of their "doctors" and they told me yes. They have like 5-6 dentists working out of there and I chose one that was recommended to us from a friend going there. My next visit there they tried to substitute a different dentist. I declined feeling they should have at least called me the morning of the appointment to tell my "my dentist" couldn't come in that morning. They don't want you to choose a dentist, they want to control you and have you accept their choice of a dentist or hygienist for that appointment that day. I noticed that they also have lots of hygienists and you seldom get the same one. Seemed like there was also lots of sickness in there every visit too, always lots of hacking and coughing going on by patients and workers. Billing was always confusing, prices usually misquoted and costing more than we were told it'd be too. I never saw any professional medical office with such controlling demands of their patients. Stay clear of that place.

My first time experience convinced me that this is the right place for my family and I for all our dental work. We brought our 9 year old daughter here to be seen but only after the awesome receptionist made it possible by rearranging other appointments to accommodate us. You get what you pay for, for those complaining about them being out just for money need to realize that this is a skilled profession that requires quality care.
