Louise was ALWAYS available by phone or email to help when I was making changes or asking questions. They also supplied us with the linens and they were beautiful and turned out exactly as I had hoped. We had a little hiccup on set up day, which was totally my fault yet the team came back out the next day and fixed is for us. As a result we had a beautiful looking tent.
