Where do I BEGIN... My husband and I got married here recently and the wedding coordinator NENA made it very difficult for us than it should have been. Very rude and unprofessional, keep in mind we paid almost 1k for the bad experience we gotten. She doesn't help to set up the church the day of which is odd because we looked at many church's and they had that included so please keep in mind if you need help with decor this wouldn't be the place for you. I picked this church because I grew up going here I also got confirmed here early 2000's and it's absolutely beautiful. I did not expect to have the experience I had.. if you are wanting a bilingual mass she doesn't "allow" that. My husband and I from the beginning before paying a deposit asked if they were able to make it English and Spanish for us because that's what we wanted and she had said yes they could do it. Later on when I came to pay the remaining balance she has switched up and said I'll need you to let me know which part of the mass you would want in Spanish because it is will be way "too long". Which I found so odd because I've been to many weddings that are bilingual and made it work for the bride and groom also because she had told me if was possible from the beginning. She also proceeded to ask me "why do you want Spanish? Do you speak Spanish? Does your parents? Or your fiancés?" I felt like she did not need to ask me all those questions If my husband and I asked for bilingual can you make it happen or not?! She was making all the excuses saying let her know before this deadline, so she can find someone to translate. So I let her know before the deadline what SMALL part of mass we liked for it be bilingual which was the eucharist. She had emailed me we can't do it. I was very upset because she was giving me the run arounds at this point. Another thing was she had told me was they have a dress code for me (bride) which I completely understand! She had sent me pictures of do's and dont's. I had sent her pics of my cover up asking if this was okay to wear and she had texted me yes it was okay. BUT the same day I payed my remaining balance she repeated to me again about the dress code so I had to remind her that I sent her a picture of my coverup already. & she proceeds to say " I just want to let you know because at the end end of the day the father is a man and if your kneeling in front of him showing your whole chest and he will look." I was in disbelief when she had told me that, I felt so uncomfortable and confused on why she would talk about the father like that? I found it very disrespectful and disgusting. Also why make me feel uncomfortable when I already spoken to her about having a coverup? That day I regretted my whole DECISION and I knew my wedding day was not going to go as how I dreamed of. It was too late to find another church on such short timing also I had already paid. So we proceeded to get married here and it got WORSE. She had sent us a text that rehearsal was going to be a MONTH before the wedding my whole bridal party had taken days off work including my groom and I for to make it happen. She cancels on us. And switches it for the month of. It was very hard for my husband to take days off so we had asked for another date where he could make it on time. She says no. The day of rehearsal my husband was running a little late in traffic he works in L.A area. He messaged NENA that would it be possible to move the time she had said no once again because someone else using the church for rosary. So I was very sad that my fiance couldnt make it. I had to go without him. When i ARRIVED she had another soon to be bride and groom there for rehearsal aswell already half way talking to them on how to walk down aisle. I was confused because she told me to show up at this time 6pm any later than that it's canceled. my party and I waited patiently for her to be finished it took almost an hour with them. At this point my husband was able to make it. She said there was a rosary class at 7pm which was a lie apparently because no one showed up in the church for a "class". Also she MENTIONED AGAIN to me in front of the whole bridal party about the dress code AGAIN. And pointed out to me " Especially YOU the bride needs to be covered". Unbelievable this lady.. Anyway what had happened the day of the wedding THE REHEARSAL WAS POINTLESS. Because she changed it last minute without me KNOWING NOR THE GROOM I didn't end up walking with my father down the aisle. I was in tears because she switched the whole thing last min I know so to be petty.

Do NOT Donate to them…read more I called a week ago for a pick up of my late grandfathers and aunts household belongings after we had an estate sale. They came out and told me their truck was full and I would have to reschedule. Also they requested that all items be put into boxes or plastic buckets. After I purchased 30 plastic tubs at $6 each PLUS tax and paid neighbor kids to organize the donations so I could at least walk up and down the driveway, I called for another pick up. There were over 100 plastic tubs full of movies, electronics, tools, household goods, and miscellaneous collectibles and some furniture all in good repair. In addition there are various antique radios that are valued between $10 and $1,000 along with tubs and tubs of parts for these radios. I was in need of their type of services a few years ago and felt that giving to an independent company would actually put work and $$ into the hands of those who need it. The second time they came out again their truck was full but they did manage to take all the new plastic tubs. I was told that I would be first on the schedule the next day. I called at 8:30 am as directed and was told the schedule had already been made and that I would FIRST on the schedule for Thursday, 10 days after my first scheduled pick up. Then today, Thursday, February 26th, at 1pm I called because no one had shown up. I asked to speak with the director and NOT Mike the scheduler. I explained my problem and of course she put me through to Mike. Mike told me that it is up to drivers discretion what they take and don't take and the drivers determined that they didn't want it and to have a blessed day. I explained that NO ONE had been by today and that rain is coming and it will ruin the antiques and furniture. He said again "all I can tell you is God bless you and have a blessed day" I have also written them a letter. Rain is coming in a few hours. I do not have the physical capability of returning the items to safe cover before the storm arrives and I am left with 60 + buckets of items I can not physically move. Their behavior is outrageous and unacceptable. They ripped me off by only taking what "the driver" wanted to take. There is hundreds if not thousands of dollars just in recycled metals if nothing else. I am so ashamed that I told the remaining family that I would take care of it all by donating to a good cause. They are rip off artists, scammers and using the words "ministry" out of place. Telling me to have a blessed day is not the way to represent an organization claiming to do "God's Work." They give Christians a bad name and recovering individuals as well. I would never hire anyone who came out of their program for any reason knowing that this is how they represent "God's Work". Please share and forward this review as you see fit. I know I will. They stole from my family, not only material goods but also "God's good name".
