I am still owed over $1,600, and no one will take responsibility or provide a timeline. Now they claim they don't offer refunds after services are "rendered," completely ignoring what their own staff told me before I paid nearly $5,000. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels deceptive. I expected professionalism and transparency from a company of this size -- instead, I've been ignored and misled. I don't recommend LaserAway to anyone. Be very cautious about what their salespeople promise you -- get everything in writing, or you may be stuck fighting for your own money like I am.
