I made an appointment with Lauren yesterday and had a PCA peel done and this morning my face looked flawless/fabulous. I was really happy with the results of the peel. My face was not red nor irritated but had a nice glow. Lauren is a wonderful person who takes pride in her work and assesses each client's skin to provide them with treatments or peels that will benefit them. Lauren's prices are very reasonable and affordable if your familiar with peels, facials, etc. (cost). I am happy to get my final appointment with Lauren this month as she is relocating out of state. She will be greatly missed here in Cali but a gem for new clients in her new home base.

I initially went to Lauren for a microdermabrasion treatment, but after talking to her about what I was looking to achieve with my skin, we decided to continue with PCA peels to deal with my hyperpigmentation concerns. Treatment is ongoing, but I'm already getting compliments on how great my skin looks from family and friends! Not only do I credit Lauren for the improvement in the appearance of my skin, but she has me hooked on researching the latest in skin care products. I would not have discovered PCA skin care and tarte cosmetics if it weren't for the lively discussions we have on skincare during my facial sessions. She is extremely knowledgeable about skin care products and I feel we can talk for hours on the subject without feeling pressured to buy anything directly from her (she is not trying to sell the products we discuss and will often refer me to Amazon.com or directly to the manufacturer's website for purchase). There are a lot of reasons why I will continue to go to Lauren for my facials, but the main reason is that she puts the health of my skin before anything else. I once came in for my PCA peel, but my skin was slightly irritated by a new facial scrub that I had used the day before. She was concerned that my skin would react negatively to the TCA peel in its sensitive state so we rescheduled for the following week. She felt terrible about the rescheduling, but ultimately, she wanted to make sure my skin was taken care of first! Definitely try this place out. Your skin will thank you! :)

I was told to not wash and definitely not rub them and no mascara or for at least 24 hours. I follow instructions! But 1/2 my lashes are gone. I was told that this sometimes happens and my lashes would grow back a couple of weeks. After seeking advice from an anesthetician with over 20 years experience and nothing to lose or gain told me that this just doesn't happen and that it's human error. Ether part one was left on to long ( eye safe perming solution) or the Second part, a neutralizing agent/setting solution. Was not done properly. This was done on a Saturday and by Monday morning my long full very blond practically invisible lashes are half gone. I promptly informed her and she said she has a lash solution that would help my lashes grow back. Turns out I had to pay another $42. Not happy at all! Oh and lashes don't grow back in " A couple of weeks". It may take months. I hate giving a bad reviews but I truly hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Best wishes
