I have been going to Precision Laser for the past 2.5 years and I love it so much I fly back to Boise every 3-4 months for services. I have seen both Jackilyn and Rachel and they are both wonderful. I won't let anyone but Rachel touch my lips! She is very knowledgeable and offers a dental block which in my opinion, is the only way to go when getting lip filler. My coworker told me about this place for laser hair removal, and I am so thankful for them! I bought a package during a Black Friday sale for basically a year of hair removal for my husband. He hates his back hair. He went a few times and saw a difference. He had gone to his third appointment when his hair took weeks to grow back and thinner and more sporadically. After his fifth appointment, it pretty much is non existent. After seeing how great it worked, I got myself a package for my underarms and lower legs. My first appointment, Olivia asked me how my hair grows and told me what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to experience this fancy machine. It blows cold air on your body while it zaps your hair. No pain at all and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. My second appointment, she asked how the hair grew back and I told her I hadn't noticed a difference. I assume she turned it up a level or two because I could feel a little zing when she zapped me AND the hair on my underarms haven't grown back yet and it's been two whole weeks. My leg hairs took awhile to grow back as well but my leg hairs are pretty stubborn and wild, so that was expected. I know people who went a whole year to laser hair removal appointments and have never seen the difference. With all the laser hair removal places out there, do your research and make sure you're getting the most out of your money. This place is the real deal! Someone had in records that I had done laser on my upper lip in the past (which prevents you from buying a discounted package) and I have NEVER EVER HAD THAT DONE. After going back and forth on the phone, the rep manager named Anika believes the paperwork over me! I couldn't believe it, I was so offended and indignant that someone would believe a paper over the actual customer. I have never ever shaved my face or allowed laser on it in my life (always been scared do that actually but was trying to get over my fear) I'm so offended by this experience. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was at home. I honestly have never met a more caring personal. They literally have every single service you can possibly think of and their prices are 50% less than anyone else in the area. And the people there they don't just do a small percentage of your service they really go all out and that only the prices better but the machines are of a higher quality and they make such a big difference and you can see the difference the next day. I get the lipo laser by Lyndy and it absolutely works! I have a small pouch of my abdomen that's been bothering me and I'm telling you it actually works! I have been getting this laser treatment on my face and I bought the package the monthly package which is amazing deal by the way, and part of that package involves the Genesis Laser and it absolutely makes a huge difference in my skin! For a woman being 50 I am definitely looking younger! The one thing I'm extremely excited about, they have someone coming in that's going to be doing Hairpiece's, hair extensions and wigs. Who doesn't have thinning hair? Anyways she parked in the movie industry she's actually coming out here it's a little Meridian Idaho! I'm her first appointment! I went in for a consult to see what could be done for the superficial veins on my legs. After some discussion I decided to move forward with the first treatment and I am so glad. The results were better than I thought. While the deeper ones are not completely gone after one treatment, they are greatly reduced, and the smaller, lighter ones are barely visible. I liked the people here but my results were not as good as I expected. The ladies here are very friendly and accommodating. My sister, cousin and best friend have all done laser hair removal and none of them have to shave anymore. We all have the same skin and hair coloring. I bought an entire body package and still needed more so I bought a touch up package and still have to shave. I am not sure if it just doesn't work on me or if some places are better than others. If you want to do laser hair removal I'd suggest getting one area and seeing how it works for you before doing more. It is a big time and money commitment for it to not work as expected. read more

I purchased multiple packages from Precision. and during one of my treatments the tech forgot to use the cooling gel. This caused multiple burns to my face. It took months to go back. The only reason I went back is because I had purchased a 10 treatment package prior. However, upon returning they said I only had one treatment left. No matter the excuses they provided, I felt ripped off. read more

I moved here from CA a year ago and found Diane's Eyelashes through a Groupon offering. I had talk to several eyelash professionals before but Diane was the first one that I felt was knowledgeable about the service she provided. And I was right. Since being a client of Diane's I have tried other services offered at Precision Laser, specifically facials by Christina and Dysport with Jackilyn. I have never found a group of professional, caring and knowledgeable people in one place. The icing on the cake is that the pricing is very reasonable with ever changing monthly specials you can bank up. I have referred family and friends without disappointment.
