There was a small mistake made on my purchase. And they treated it like it was no issue and fixed it for me and got me a deal on it. They truly do care for you well being and your pockets. I've lived in idaho my whole life and have always wanted to get laser hair removal, I went to another company that's local and never went through with them because it didn't feel right, it didn't seem like the company had much experience so When I saw laser away came to idaho I checked out there website and saw that they are across the nation, which was a selling point for me, knowing that they were in some larger cities, like New York, Los Angeles, etc. the list goes on, so knowing that they were already very well established else where and had experience under there belt was amazing. I've been going to Laser Away Meridian for a while now. I love going there because the staff is super friendly. No judgment at all. Most importantly, I go there because Sarah is amazing at what she does. She has an aesthetic eye. I get Botox/Xeomin done by her and she is able to get crows feet smoothed out where other places couldn't. She also is able to smooth out the wrinkles without making it seem like your face is frozen and expressionless. Sarah also does fillers. She did my lips. I already have big lips and only wanted to smooth out the lines now that I'm older and also add a little pout. Sarah is amazing at making sure she shapes them without making them look large which can be tricky if you already have big lips. I get lots of compliments for them. Lastly, Sarah will only recommend procedures you need. I asked her if she thought I needed cheek fillers. She said I didn't since my cheekbones are already high. I went in with no clue of how the cool sculpting was going to be. The girls behind the front desk were very nice and even showed me the results from one that had cool sculpting done awhile back. It was very comforting to see how happy she was with the results and how she genuinely told me I would love it. When I got back into the room the nurses on staff were very kind and helpful they took into account what I wanted and also made the right adjustments because they wanted me to get the most for my money! I really appreciated how they were very involved in what would be the best results for my body and how well they explained the process. I have been going to LaserAway @ the Village in Meridian for close to 5 months now. Every service I have purchased has been game changing. In the last 1-2 weeks I have redone my Xeomin and my Juvaderm. I am always amazed at the outcome. You ask for something specific they try to talk you into more. 5 very fake it's like the movies like hey I will help you but only if you spend this 6 you will pay upfront to " hold your appointment " then they hold your money and when you get it back it's $50 less then what you should have got because apparently there a fee for returning what wasn't theirs You should be ashamed at how you run your outfit.
