Grant and the team at Williams Ski and Sport were super responsive and helpful in fixing those problems. He's a great troubleshooter and service tech himself. When some of the problems required service by the manufacturer, he coordinated shipment of the parts back to the company and stayed on them until the repairs had been made. He even got them to replace some parts that had not yet failed, but looked likely to do so soon, saving me visits to his shop and more shipments to HQ. Saved me money, too -- those replacements cost me nothing! We've got a lake place near the shop. His focus on customer satisfaction keeps me coming back -- I know I can trust him and his team. Just last week I was in the shop looking for trainer skis for a very young relative who badly wanted to be like the big kids. One of the sales folks showed me the Connelly Firecracker, a design I'd never heard about before. The next day we had a deliriously happy five-year-old in our midst, and I'm set up for the next generation of ambitious lake visitors. Love the shop and staff. Really can't say enough good stuff.

Lots of uneven roots and rocks though. We returned on Beacham Trail, just slightly inland of fuller, but it parallels it completely. Our guides were so personable, accommodating,& not overbearing in that "Your a tourist so we have to do the small talk" thing. It was actually cool, like going out to the lake with friends. I originally picked Sup for the Cliff Diving feature, which to me is exactly what is needed during a vacation. My partner wasn't a fan of that idea so we found a more "relaxing" vibe, settling on the Sunset Paddle. Best thing for me is while we did our Sunset paddle our guide suggested doing a cliff jump& I was so excited! It was exactly what I wanted and I valued the suggestion since my partner wasn't interested in it. I was the only person at first who wanted to jump, the guide said he'd jump too. Little by little the whole group, INCLUDING my partner decided to join! It wasn't one of those "Peer Pressure" things. Just good ol' inviting nature coupled with words of encouragement. It was a huge highlight for me. So many options: Cliff Jumping, Sunset paddling, Eco Tours, lounging chairs to relax at the lake in. They pretty much have it all& the cherry on top: PRICE! No price gouging. If you have your own gear it's even cheaper. They sit at $20/Person for the tour when you have your own gear. Small wins in this economy. Yes we could've just went out with our own gear and got to mosey around, but it was so nice to be guided where the sun sets perfectly.
