Well, the link does not work, so we arrived 30 mins prior to our reservation as instructed in the instructions. You walk into the nice building and serval workers are there yet no one engages with you to welcome you. Finally you get some one at that counter and tell them you are there to checkin. We are told we are the only party in that reservation slot, we get weighed, and sign the waiver. After you sign the waiver nothing happens. They don't tell you anything you just wait. I did mentioned that we tried to sign them online and another lady says oh yeah that doesn't work and we cannot change the email with the instructions either. Seems odd. Well, after you wait with no communication from the staff eventually Maykala came to say she was going to get us geared up. She took our group started to work with us and then a guide Seth came and told her to take a break. He may have been trying to be funny with some of the things he was saying, however it came off as very rude. Out on the lines we had a good time. The first line we went down everyone in our group was turning around and Seth made a comment to my husband and me that our boys were not holding the brake correctly causing them to turn, well when my husband and I went we both turned. The next line Maykala told us to hold the brake a little different and seemed to make a big difference. The problem was Seth was receiving and he told our one son (who has autism) he was doing it wrong which needless to say upset him since he did exactly what he was just instructed to do. Seth would continue to make comments to our boys that I'm not sure if he thought were funny or what, however again it just came across as rude. After the lines you return to the office. No communication if you are free to go or what. We knew from watching a previous group checkout that they have photos you can buy. So, when I went to buy some drink and the lady asked if I wanted photos I told her no one has talked to us about them however, yes we wanted them. Overall it was a fun time. Maykala was amazing! The rest of the crew in the office and Seth needs to learn about customer service.

After we got called up to the observation deck, it took about 20 minutes to get called to go to the zipline. The guy working was really nice and talked us through everything. The guys at the end of the zipline were really cool too. The ride itself was really fun. It lasted about a minute and you go really fast and the views are really great. Instead of hanging like you would on a traditional zipline, you sit in a big harness, which IMO kind of takes a bit of the fun out of it. It felt a lot less 'dangerous'. But it was fun to try once. Probably wouldn't do it again but would recommend it to others.

Worth every penny! This was our first experience zip-lining. The tour took slightly less than 2 hours, with 8 people in our group. Our tour guides, Zed and Jacob, were wonderful! They truly made the experience fun and exciting. They had a great sense of humor and had us all laughing the entire time. They took excellent measures to ensure safety was a priority. They never missed a beat. They continually provided encouragement and checked their comfort levels. This was the best first experience for my husband and I at ziplining. The owners and guides were so friendly and welcoming and made our first trip an amazing experience. There were a couple of beginner zips for us first-timers that led into a long beautiful and fast couple of zips. Very minimal hiking was required and they took us to and from on a bus and provided a cooler for us. Such a fun and memorable experience. Their business info states to come early for check-in so you can purchase sundries and snacks. Well there were things like chums, there were no snacks nor beverages for purchase. With the heat one would think it wise to offer water to your customers. On our trip the shuttle driver told us where to meet him for the shuttle pickup and about how much time it would take us to get there. There were 12 of us on the van and 10 of us were able to get to the place within 10 minutes arrival of each other. The last couple did not. We waited another 30 minutes in the heat for them to arrive. Although you cannot control for self absorbed people, it might be a good idea to give some instructions on keeping up in the group so that you are not holding everyone up waiting for you (think pace of play or pace of float). I would still recommend Float Eureka as they provided a great experience overall.

A tram is also available for a round trip adventure but the bike was just too fun to pass up. Along the way we saw all kinds of little critters, snakes, fish and birds. Stopped at the tree house, chapel and most of the waterfalls. On bike with all the stops about 2 hours, walking could easily be 3+. Bikes are $15 each and I highly recommend getting there early so you have your pick cause the good ones go fast. Some have baskets and you should get one of those and then fill it with a picnic lunch. Little under $20 per person for entry, with discounts for veterans, seniors and children. Large parking but the place is popular, so again if possible arrive early.
