I booked with White River online in the morning, and that afternoon I was on my way to have a little adventure. From checking in, to getting ready for my voyage, and being on the water in great equipment, I had such a lovely time. Fast forward to about a week ago, I traveled back to Branson for a musical, and I knew I had to go back to White River. I had the same experience with great staff, study/safe equipment and a peaceful journey on the river. The store has a lot to offer for purchase including: clothes, water shoes, sunscreen dry bags and more. You have the option of renting dry bags and a waterproof speaker at a pretty low cost. The dry bag is a must. You're given options for which trip you want to take. My sister and I chose Taneycomo, and it was a little under 4 miles. (We were provided a map for the trek.). We were picked up from out ending point, and taken back to the original location. Sn: Any business that offers free period products is alright with me! Love this place, they will always have my business when I'm in town.

They told us to arrive an hour before our ticket time but we I think we would have been okay even coming 30 minutes before. It's well organized but having that extra time for our first visit was fine. After dinner and disembarking we tried the trail around the lake because we were still full. Would 100% do it again. The boat bathrooms were a little different and stopped flushing but staff were quick to respond. Overall staff were great and attentive! Nice big parking lot. My only advice is avoid the 2nd tier side seating. Go for the floor or 2nd tier facing the stage. The side seating visually cuts off half the stage.

I bought an original-generation Fliteboard electric surfing foil from the shop. That first version…read moreof the product had some design flaws that led to problems -- cables failing, unpredictable control from the remote and so on. Grant and the team at Williams Ski and Sport were super responsive and helpful in fixing those problems. He's a great troubleshooter and service tech himself. When some of the problems required service by the manufacturer, he coordinated shipment of the parts back to the company and stayed on them until the repairs had been made. He even got them to replace some parts that had not yet failed, but looked likely to do so soon, saving me visits to his shop and more shipments to HQ. Saved me money, too -- those replacements cost me nothing! We've got a lake place near the shop. His focus on customer satisfaction keeps me coming back -- I know I can trust him and his team. Just last week I was in the shop looking for trainer skis for a very young relative who badly wanted to be like the big kids. One of the sales folks showed me the Connelly Firecracker, a design I'd never heard about before. The next day we had a deliriously happy five-year-old in our midst, and I'm set up for the next generation of ambitious lake visitors. Love the shop and staff. Really can't say enough good stuff.

They made everything very apparent, and we even got to sign the interior of the bus. The next time I came, my daughter had taken out a piece to inflate my paddleboard, I called James River Canoe Rental, and they remembered me from my previous float trip. They were able to send a friend that has a paddleboard company out to me to give me a hand blowing up my board! No one ever goes out of their way like that!! Once we got on the water on our own we had a great time. We were given inflatable paddle boards and carried them a short distance down the rocks. We did not need shoes, just left our sandals on the shore. The water was nice and warm in mid June. We were out for 3 hours and hung out in a cove for awhile with a trickling waterfall. We found cliffs to jump from. There were barely any boats on the water on a Wednesday afternoon. Melody warned us of high winds, but that wasn't a factor.
