Pickup right outside our building and took you right to the gondola. - Had an ADA room and was highly disappointed in their accommodations for this. First, the toilets were so low to the ground! They are what I refer to as a "baby" toilet. The shower was not large at all (and not a "roll-in") and if you wanted to put the seat down, there was literally no space in the shower at all. The removable handle in the shower was abysmal also. There was no way to change the flow or pressure in any way. - We were never able to get the temperature correct in the condo. You could experience two seasons of temps as you walked around. We ended up keeping our window open in our room the whole time. To try and regulate it in the living room, we alternated between keeping the patio door open and turning the fireplace on. - During most of the week, there was no issue with other noise, but as we got closer to the weekend, the noise from above us really ramped up. Pretty sure there was a herd of dancing elephants above us. Thankfully we were leaving so we didn't have to deal with it too long. - There is not enough parking underneath the building. The one night we came back late, we had to park outside and then deal with cleaning our car off of the 8 inches of snow we got, as well as trudging thru the snow. - Didn't use the pool as it was in the building up the hill and it was the size of a postage stamp. Didn't use the hot tubs either as they were too far also. -

We went to do some morning photography and caught some stunning scenery, with Aspen groves turning yellow. While it was still a bit early for the full fall beauty, the serenity and quiet of the surroundings, other than nature, was nice. The campgrounds are in great shape. The restrooms were very clean. The lake does not allow motorized boats, but kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, etc. are fine. We saw a lone kayaker enjoying the morning on the lake. This is a beautiful place for camping, hiking, fishing or just sitting back and watching the sun move slowly across the sky while you enjoy a bottle of Syrah or Pinot.

We had a wonderful one week stay at the Trailhead Lodge in Steamboat Springs. Two couples, no…read morechildren, rented the two bedroom two bath unit. It was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The en-suite bathrooms with each bedroom gave us the privacy each couple desired. Two of my favorite things about this location were... The Wildhorse Gondola, a fun little gondola right outside the lobby, which takes you to the base of Steamboat. Very handy! We used it every day we skied and never had to drive to the resort. The second is the Vacasa Shuttle. We took it every day into town to enjoy dinner and not have to worry about driving or parking. The drivers were prompt, and all were very gracious and helpful and made our trip just that much more fun. (Only recommend Vacasa adds a shuttle stop map on the shuttle app, as initially it was challenging to know where we should be dropped off.) Highly recommend this location and these fantastic services if you're staying at Steamboat!

Recommend not staying here until construction is done - which looks like it is a long way out. Vacasa also impossible to reach, voicemails left. Stayed in 5117 but affects most every unit in the property.
