They have lots of manufacturers options, not just Goodyear, and have given me good advice on alternative tires. Their prices are competitive with the "discount" chains. I came here to get my Momma's vehicles serviced after my dad passed away and I figured out that you can't trust vehicle dealerships for service. I have a Goodyear in Orlando that I trust with my car, and I wanted to stop by and see if this place was just as good. They claimed that all their work was guaranteed at all Goodyears across the country. You can't beat that. So I stopped by early in the morning and dropped off a car for a headlight replacing. Guy called me a couple hours later and said that they found a way to change it that was easier than it should have been, so they charged my half the labor. Then I dropped off the truck for the fastest, cheapest oil change it has ever had in its life. Good work at a good price. I will be taking all of my vehicles back home here for their maintenance from now on. read more

If you buy your tires or auto service anywhere but here you're not getting the best available.

Took my car to have new tires and tire pressure sensors installed. They installed 3 of the 4 pressure sensors and told me to come back when they could get the 4th sensor. After a couple of weeks they were finally ready to install the 4th sensor and be done. Dropped my car off before work and picked it up after work. They removed the wrong wheel to install the new tire pressure sensor. They used the wrong sized socket and wallered out the lug holes on a $600 wheel then proceeded to lay the wheel face down on something scratching it all the way around the hub. They didn't install the new pressure sensor and the rear tire that they took off was then out of balance. When speaking to the manager about it he basically told me it wasn't their fault and the guys he had working for him didn't deal with expensive wheels all the time and they didn't have a "special" socket for my "special wheels" and refused to mediate the problem refused to install the new wheel sensor that was already paid for and refused to balance the rear tire. Completely unprofessional. The wheels on the car are Ferrada fr2 and do not require any special socket considering they removed and installed the new tires on the wheels the first time with no issues! read more

We purchased 6 - 14 ply tires from Eagle Tire for our RV. These are heavy duty expensive tires!! It took two hours to have them installed. Once completed we left and are happy so far with our purchase. It is a shame however that when spending $1200 on tires, they couldn't clean them up from the install and make their product more presentable. read more

When I had my truck towed to them last night. The owner called me with a price for an alternator and serpentine belt this morning. They wanted over a hundred dollars more for those then what they actually cost. When I called back and questioned them about it, they said that was normal practice. I understand they need to make money but you do not need to charge 250.00 for a 170 dollar part, and 50.00 for a 18.00 belt. of the price of a part just to make it. So they said I could bring my own parts. I went to get the parts and realized I needed the engine size to order it. When I called back to get the information, the owner said it was him that gave me the price and I could have my truck towed somewhere else. I guess if I had the audacity to question him, then I can go elsewhere. The only thing he could do to hurt me was that. I guess if you are a little man you need to behave that way. I am sure I am not the only person to question the price and decide to bring my own parts. Not professional. I took it to T & A they said that it wasn't a problem. The parts come from the same place I am going to get it from. read more
