Crispy Fish Sandwich, French Fries, ice Iced Tea Peach. Quiet and clean outdoor seating area.

Stopped in during a bike ride home. Plenty of bike parking along the side walks. They were close to closing but the staff didn't make me feel rushed and seemed genuinely happy to have me. Super clean inside and they have a good menu of items. I opted for the crispy fish sandwich with fries and ice tea. To my surprise, I also got a delicious chocolate croissant on the house. Portion was good and the food high quality with spicy ketchup. They have nice outdoor seating with umbrellas and was kept very clean. Great service, great food and great ambience. Definitely recommend.

    Chorizo Breakfast Burrito 9/10

Cute cafe in greenpoint with great food options! We got the chorizo burrito and the bec to share and both were delicious. The bec comes on a baguette and while the baguette looks really intimidating and hard, it was actually delightfully chewy! The chorizo is almost ground and reminded me of corned beef hash, which i love. Would definitely be back to try all the other tempting items on the menu!

Looking for a quiet cafe to enjoy your work flow? Eagle is a great spot for working and having a quick lunch and coffee. With a vast amount of table space, this was the perfect Greenpoint coffeeshop, located in a more secluded neighborhood with more residences and independent establishments and right near the bridge connecting LIC to Brooklyn. The food is good and very homey yet tasty. Prices are decent for the surrounding locals that come in and out and work on their laptops in the afternoons. I enjoyed my homemade granola with fresh berries. The sunshine hitting the glass by the front tables can get nice and warm to the point of unbearable, depending on the time of day. Bike parking in front. Coffee here, like other hipster BK owned coffeeshops, is local and strong. Bathroom available. Accepts cash and card. Drink up!

Lovely cafe in Greenpoint with so many options for food and drinks! Spacious location with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. The baguette with avocado, chipotle, cheddar, and veggie sausage sandwich was delicious! Very fresh ingredients and tasty. Iced coffee was very good as well. There is a little station towards the front of the coffee where you can add kill of your choice to your coffee. The sandwiches and coffee came out in less than 10 minutes after ordering - very quick service. Street parking is decent in the area if you choose to drive.

Grilled Cheese on 7-Grain Bread with bacon and tater tots

I ordered "breakfast" in the form of a grilled cheese and tater tots (don't judge) on a Monday via Postmates and honestly it hit the spot. I ate half for breakfast and half for lunch. The quality for this sort of diner food was pretty darn high. These might have been perfect tater tots. Would like to try other sandwiches and options for sure.

Love this spot. Honestly I do...they make wonderful almond milk lattes and the food is always delicious whether I have gotten a breakfast burrito, oatmeal, or an omelette and tater tots like the savage I am sometimes. It's called "balance" lol. The only drawbacks about this place: the chairs are wickedly uncomfortable at a table, at the counter, and the wifi has never once worked any of the times I am there. However, I always see the same smiling faces behind the counter, two women who are beyond awesome and super friendly. That alone will keep me coming back. I just hate the chairs! And please get working wifi for all things holy!!

The menu changes constantly and you can find the latest menu on their Instagram stories which they update daily. As a rule of thumb, plan to get dessert. The dark chocolate tiramisu slice we were served was healthy in size, rich in flavor and perfect to split between the two of us. I tend to order 3 dishes (one protein and two side dishes) when coming in with a friend. The dishes are always a reminder of how simple ingredients can be combined to create fantastic flavors. As a note, the Chicken Cutlet was perfectly crisp and now I feel inclined to stop in for lunch and grab a sandwich. The wines are definitely selected by someone who has a preference for funky I almost want to say musky flavors. Never really found something there that I liked which is the only drawback to this place. Get a reservation, this place can be packed very quickly. It's also good for small groups, I've seen many a birthday dinner take place here.

While the place is pretty cute aesthetically, the service was awful. I had made a reservation since that's what's recommended by the establishment and everyone we interacted with was pretty unpleasant. In addition, the cake tasted old and so freezer burnt that we had one bite and discarded the rest. Nothing about it was appealing. Worst of all no one seemed to want to wait on us so we spent the whole time trying to flag someone down so we left cash on the table for everything and left. Dispute all this we decided to still tip 30% since our order was so small and we wanted to be courteous. 15 mins later I get an extremely rude phone call from the restaurant immediately accusing me of leaving without paying! They didn't even have the decency to check the table without immediately assuming and being unbelievable disrespectful. Still in disbelief about the entire experience, would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

I first ordered a chai latte and he said I could do two different syrups so I got the pumpkin and salted maple, though I was worried about it being too sugary so he suggested I could just do half a pump of each. He asked me what the name of the order would be and I said "Aida" (the phonetic spelling is ah-EE-dah). And then I heard the other barista say something along the lines of, "oh Aida, how about 'Aida' rather not be here", pretty rude if you ask me. And then I ordered the spicy nook sandwich. And when another server called my named to grab it she didn't even knowledge me when I tried to thank her and instead she talked to her coworker while I was right in front of her. The sandwich was really good, so was my chai tea. I really like the pumpkin and salt and maple syrups too. I did like all the options for seating although it was pretty packed. I'd say if you have a big party get there early. By 7pm the whole place was filled. There was a huge majong club that came in and took the whole back area, it was so crammed there were lines for the bathroom. Over all I had a good time. I really like the music too just know it gets very busy in there. The employees I would say were hit or miss. The ones that were great though I really liked. Just seem like the ones who didn't really give attention to customers or were kind of rude seemed like they didn't wanna be there.

I let it go but then I order my regular small iced coffee "light &sweet" as you can tell the coffee was not light at all and I almost felt uncomfortable to even bother to ask them to change it. So I paid $6 for a regular small iced coffee that I did not enjoy.
