From the start, Rod has been extremely helpful in diagnosing the problems with our lawn and following through with the treatments. Great communication, so many other lawn mowers we've had in the past have basically ghosted us. With Rod and his team, we are not only knowing when the lawn will be mowed but he is also keeping track of the weeds, pests, and fungi. Our weeds are not yet gone, but it seems like the pests are, based on the way the grass is growing in. Rod continues to help spray the weeds and keep an eye on them as he comes for our biweekly mowing. The lawn is looking healthier than when we moved in! He arrived exactly when he said he would and proceeded to take thorough pictures of not only the fallen branch but also branches that were growing over the roof and needed to be trimmed. He then gave me a thorough report of what he found at the building including photos, and proceeded to give fantastic pricing for trimming and clearing and hauling everything away.
