Eagle Yoga House is an amazing studio to practice at. The instructors are not only knowledgeable and welcoming but also know how to challenge you while offering plenty of modifications if you're still building confidence in your practice. The studio itself is clean and inviting - which isn't always the case with hot studios in the area! Susan's classes especially give me such a strong, challenging workout while still keeping it fun. I was a practicing yogi at the studio for years and truly enjoyed the studio. There was a high instructor turnover rate for the morning classes over the years before she hired Meredith and Ashly, who are amazing instructors and were very consistent for the students. They left the studio a few months ago and it went back to a very inconsistent schedule, teachers no showing and classes getting cancelled. I had a year unlimited membership that I asked for a refund due to those reasons. Susan said she would pro rate the time I had utilized and refund the remaining amount in four monthly installments. I received two of the payments and when I reached out about the 3rd one Susan said she was not making any more refund payments because it was my choice to leave. All that being said just be careful with getting into any long-term commitment with her studio. read more

Visiting from out of town and I have to say this studio is beautiful. The staff is so kind, warm, and inviting. My instructor was absolutely incredible. I've been doing yoga for 5 years and have to say this is one of my favorite classes. Would highly recommend. Will definitely come back next time in town. read more

Susan is an incredible instructor who can take a class full of beginners and the most advanced and give everyone an incredible work out! This has become my home. I have attended almost every single yoga studio in Meridian and Eagle and finally found THIS STUDIO right in my own backyard. It is clean. Very beautiful and love the essential oils in the diffuser upon entry. There are clean showers , lockers and a dressing room always kept well maintained. All of the instructors are amazing. I am a regular now in Marks Ashtanga class as he's truly GIFTED as an instructor. Very well versed in the body and how it works ( and how it doesn't). His teaching is gentle but effective. And most importantly he has a great sense of humor! Best Yoga Studio by far in Eagle and Meridian!!!! read more

I came here a few times when the location opened. Very clean, contemporary and presentable. There were yoga mats and towels available if you did not have one (i.e. beginners) and the small classes made it very comfortable for someone who has not tried yoga before, let alone hot yoga. read more

I am only giving it a 1 star because of the owner Susan D. Eagle yoga house has phenomenal instructors, until Susan pushes them out. I've gone there a handful of times & I have taken from Ashly B, Sean D, & Amanda R. I have heard good things about the other instructors as well. These instructors from my own experience are very well educated & teach an authentic class and are consistent with their teaching. I have also taken from Susan D. a few times and I wasn't impressed. Susan is very inconsistent with her teaching, blares the music so it's hard to hear her, speaks Sanskrit only which members don't even know what the meaning is, calls students out on their form, takes phones calls during class??? On a good day her classes can be very good and informative, on a bad day she is very unprofessional. I'm only giving it a one star because what I will say about Eagle yoga House in Eagle Idaho is this. They have phenomenal instructors, until the owner pushes them out. I've been coming here for the last 7 months! I love this place! I started out in their beginning yoga workshop which helped give me confidence and the ability to properly do the yoga poses without injuring myself. If your new to yoga I would recommend the workshop first. They have one every month. I wouldn't consider myself athletic but after practicing yoga here I am the strongest I have ever been and am amazed at the postures I can now do. The place is very clean with showers and complimentary towels, shampoo, body wash and lotions. The owner Susan is always so welcoming and will eventually know you by name! read more

I am new to hot yoga and was a little nervous. I arrived at 530am and was instantly warmly greeted by Cara. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She was also the instructor and did an amazing job! She was very observant making sure I was doing okay, and even helped guide me a few times when I needed. It was so relaxing, comfortable, and a fantastic hot yoga session! It was also a very comfortable environment, everyone there for the morning class seemed very nice!! I will be back!! read more

I just recently moved here for a short time and missed my yoga studio back home. So I was in search for a new one for the time being. I drove by and immediately bought the two week unlimited for $20. I was so happy after one class and have been going ever since. I felt like I was back home right away and it made me so happy to have that comfort especially because I am so homesick, and to have this yoga studio and amazing instructors make me feel so comforted made me happy. The studio is so clean and the instructors are amazing. Their dialogue and flows are a ten for sure. It's such a good workout and peaceful at the the time. I couldn't be happier. Not to mention all the students are so friendly and respectful. Eagle house yoga is probably the best studio I have been to. The 80 min classes are seriously awesome. Thank you Eagle House yoga.
