I had a crack in my windshield in the winter and had the crack filled by Safelite. However I believe because of the extreme heat we've been having lately, the crack expanded to about 12" on my windshield. I contacted Benny and he got back to me within the same business day and went through all my options with me. All options were extremely affordable when compared to competing businesses. I called on a Friday and he was able to order the glass, come to my house, and repair my windshield on Monday within an hour. I was initially between Safelight and Eagles, and ended up choosing Benny at Eagles because of his price-- about half of what Safelight quoted me. In order to give me an accurate quote over the phone, Benny had me send him pictures of the chip in my windshield. He advised that I go on his website for a $25 coupon too, and then wanted to address the chip the same day in order to prevent the crack from spreading. After he arrived at my home, we assessed the chip together and he explained to me the 20% risk of the crack spreading during the repair, given the character of my chip. After acknowledging, he went ahead. Unfortunately, the chip did split across. Benny filled the further crack with resin so that it would not split further, but then gave me the option to either continue driving as is (of course after waiving all charges), or he would offer me a very good deal on a replacement windshield. Although it wasn't ideal that the chip spread, Benny was honest and responsible. He followed through with a great deal on an identical windshield to my 2016 vehicle. When he returned to my home within hours, we together examined the new windshield before installing it so to ensure that I was satisfied with its quality. The windshield replacement took about 30 minutes, and a truly flawless job. Benny explained the new warranty and assured me that if a problem should ever arise, he will take care of it. I will be recommending him and calling him again for my auto glass needs. I applaud how he does business! read more

Why didn't I use Eagles instead of Safelite the first time! I originally replaced the windshield in our 2010 Odyssey with Safelite's 'premium' windshield. It barely lasted a year. It's demise came from apparently the worlds smallest piece of sand. The evidence of impact was so small the Safelite tech exclaimed that he was "shocked" that a windshield could be cracked beyond repair by such a small object. Try as I might, I could not see any point of impact. Must have been a grain of Adamantium. Oh well, so much for Safelite honoring their warranty. I know this isn't a review of Safelite, but the backstory is important. You see, Safelite quoted me a windshield which was OVER TWICE what Benny quoted me, and Benny's was for his top-of-the-line windshield. Not only did Benny offer the absolute best price (by far), but his men came to my home and replaced it in a little over an hour. It couldn't have been simpler or cheaper. My experience with Eagles was similar to most other reviewers, and very positive. I called around noon to inquire about repairing a windshield chip around the size of a dime, and Benny gave me a very reasonable quote. He said he'd be in my area later that afternoon, and was good as his word. He repaired the chip, explaining his method as he did so. He and his partner were friendly and knowledgeable. After getting a call from my wife that someone threw a rock at her windshield while driving home, we were left scrambling to find a repair place. It was 7PM and my wife had work in the afternoon so we needed the repair done ASAP. I first looked to Safelite since their commercials have been engrained in my head over the years. I was referred by a friend to Benny who is the technician running this business. I am satisfied with his work, he got the glass ordered/ready very fast (within two days on Tuesday for installation when I called on Monday morning, while the insurance company and another auto shop told me it would take them until Tuesday when I called them on Saturday morning). He got half hour late which was fine as I told him already that I would be home for the day (otherwise I would have taken a star off for his half hour delay), and he only got the key to the car, and I think within an hour or even sooner it was all done. You just have to leave the car sitting for a few hours more, and then you'll be good to go which would be the case anywhere else. I do suggest his work as long as he offers a competitive price. He himself was a nice guy, he brought his wife to help him that day but told me he usually brings another helper, and we had some nice conversations as well. Hope it helps you guys. read more

Eagle Auto Glass is way better than Safelite. A stone shattered my windshield and it needed to be replaced. I initially contacted Safelite simply based on the catchy jingle and incessant commercials. Safelite told me that the next available appointment was four days later, it would cost $400, and they only offered one low-grade type of glass for non-sensor windshields. I called Eagle Auto Glass at 2pm and they agreed to come later the same day - on a Friday in the summer! The technician thoroughly explained the glass options to help me make an informed decision about the expense. I ultimately decided to get the same glass that Safelite offered. Eagle only charged $190. The two technicians who came were genuinely nice and friendly, and on time. They were very patient and accommodating in getting a good location to do the work. It took less than an hour to completely replace the windshield, put the inspection and oil change stickers back in the exact spot, test the windshield wipers, clean the area, and explain how long I should wait to do certain things with the windshield. FANTASTIC experience!! My windshield was cracked (and only getting worse) so I knew I had to replace it. I had originally googled local places. All were pretty pricey. I received an Eagles Auto Glass business card from a friend. I called the number and spoke with Benny. He was so helpful. Asked me questions like if I had lane departure warning system or rain censor detection (which prior companies did not ask). After we worked out a great price, Benny ordered the glass right away. He agreed to meet me at my work and waive the "out of county" fee. He called me immediately when the glass arrived and explained it had a slight chip on it. Benny and his beautiful helper came to my rescue as promised. Our car got broken into and the window was smashed. First of all, the phone call I made went straight to his cell and I got to speak with my actual window installer right away. Absolutely perfect experience! The driver's side window of my truck slipped off the track and shattered in the door last week. I was about twenty miles from home and it was 2 degrees and snowing, so time was a major factor. We found Eagles Auto Glass and talked to Benny. Within two hours of the window breaking, Benny and his colleague had picked up the window and met me in New Brunswick. They were friendly and professional and did the work fast. I had never had any window in a car Ive ever own chipped or cracked. When I was driving one night and Im assuming a rock from the ground caused my entire rear window to shatter, I panicked. I just knew I was going to have to cover my car up for a few weeks in order to save up for a new window. But after putting a post on Facebook, a dear friend of mine suggested to call Benny at Eagles Auto Glass. He told me that he was reasonably priced and quick. After being quoted for an arm and a leg from both Safelite and Nissan Dealership, Benny's price actually put me in complete shock. PLUS he offered to come to me and replace my window right in my very own parking lot that very day! Unfortunately due to panicking all night before talking to him, I did not have much sleep. So when he came, there was an actually time mix up on my part and I felt terrible to know that he waited for me for a half hour in my parking lot as I was snoozing. I felt absolutely horrible and just knew I lost a chance at getting my replacement window.
