I contacted Benny and he got back to me within the same business day and went through all my options with me. All options were extremely affordable when compared to competing businesses. Yes, they changed my broken side window, but were not equipped to disassemble the door and remove the broken glass -- so now I either have to ride around with a rattling door or go to the additional expense of having Tesla remove the broken glass (which would have been taken care of if I just let Tesla replace the glass). And ps, they didn't tell me this would be the situation until AFTER they replaced the glass.
