    Where do I even begin? My husband and I got married here and we did both the ceremony and reception here. We loved how spacious it was. From the moment of emailing Greg (who is very quick to respond) to Diane answering every questions I had and signing the contract, everything was just perfect and easy. My husband and I didn't want a big wedding and only wanted our close family and friends and this hall was perfect for that. It was great.

I came in person…read morewith my daughter, and the owner explained everything to me before I signed the contract. I made multiple payments throughout the year and trusted that everything was set. Just two and a half weeks before the event, I received a text message from the owner saying he had accidentally double booked my date and was asking if I could move the event to another day. I was completely shocked and devastated. I have family traveling from Mexico and Los Angeles, and I've already paid for the caterer, DJ, decorator, cake, and photographer. When you plan an event like this almost a year in advance, it's not something you can just change last minute. He offered to refund my money or try to find another venue, but how could I trust him again after such a huge mistake? I had no choice but to start over and look for another place, which means paying extra fees, delivery charges, and the inconvenience of relocating everything to Gilroy. Because of this, my daughter will no longer have her church ceremony, and that breaks my heart. This experience has been stressful, costly, and deeply disappointing. I do not recommend doing business with this person or this venue. They were unprofessional, careless, and completely unreliable with something so important. He doesn't even deserve the 1 star !!!

The space holds up to 200, theres a kitchen/bar, buffet room, an outdoor annex/tent open area included along with a gazebo, and playground for kids! There's also an attendant to help, a bartender, and security on your day of service. All of this is included and very affordable. It's perfect for any event, my guests really enjoyed the space as well. Thank you Grace Hall for hosting our daughter's special day.

There were different package options but I was pleased with my package. My package included the Photobooth option but I declined so I could purchase on my own, unfortunately I wasn't successful in securing a Photobooth. I reached out and notified them two days prior to my event asking to follow through with providing the Photobooth that was included. I got a reply within a couple of minutes that it was not a problem and would be provided. A lot of stress was lifted off my shoulders thanks to the Regal Event Venue. The venues restrooms were very clean and as my teen described as aesthetically pleasing. My favorite part of the venue were the chairs!!!! They made my party look more elegant. Our event was a sweet 16 and the head count was a 120 people. I will say Karen was so helpful and attentive to our needs through text. A lot of my guest reached out to me the next day stating they weren't able to secure their photos and I reached out to Karen directly and she provided me with the entire album of my guest from the Photobooth. Again , provided amazing service even after the event. I would definitely book again! Also , they connected me with a mobile bartending service and they were absolutely amazing!!!!

Birthday girl had a great time exploring, playing and eating. The team were so easy to work with from the email correspondence on my Cinnamoroll themed table vision to day of set up. The staff were super quick & accommodating when they were assisting me with the set up. They helped me string up and put a HBD banner and set up my little one's high chair and way more like help bring stuff in, stock the drink fridge, set out the pastries, etc. They just knew what to do & did it straight away. I was amazed by the speed and professionalism! If only I had this level of set up at every birthday party. Barely any dictation or answering questions was needed. What a hugeeee lift off the mental load! There's a dedicated drink fridge in front of the register that kept our drinks chilled and easy for guests to grab. The food table is nice and long so it held a lot of food & we had A LOTT of food. We opted for the photo package too which was nice because usually being the host means you're too busy to take photos and get photos taken of your family. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your little one's special event! I only wish that this place was bigger so that we could invite more friends to our event. Our group ranged from 11 months to just over 2 years old, and there were plenty of suitable toys for our age group. There were plenty of toys to go around that the kids were not trying to take things from one another. I think if they put a fresh coat of paint on things or maybe invested in some newer toys this place would be 5 stars. With that being said, even in its current state it's still worthwhile coming if you have small children!

From the very beginning, their team was incredibly professional, caring, and reassuring .I felt completely taken care of and never had to worry about a thing. On the day of our wedding, the weather was misty and rainy, but the staff handled everything flawlessly. They were able to quickly set up the ceremony on the deck at the last minute, and it turned out beautifully. Their flexibility and calm coordination made such a difference and allowed us to fully enjoy the moment. Our guests were so pleased with the venue and couldn't stop commenting on how magical and serene the space felt, especially surrounded by the redwoods. There is a huge grassy area where the ceremony was held but it would accommodate several hundred if the parking doesn't run out. The opening in the Redwoods overlooks the South Bay. A large tent was set up on the Terrace where the banquet was held. The event staff was fast and efficient in moving all the chairs from the ceremony to the banquet tables. Not sure if the food was catered or was made from the event kitchen. There is also a separate house across the lane that can be rented and utilized for the wedding party. The food with at was served consisted of Appetizers Crab cakes Mushrooms Vietnamese spring rolls Ceviche Spring mix with a warm egg Salmon with broccoli and potatoes Tri Tip with broccoli and potatoes Dessert S'mores Cannolis There is limited parking so the wedding provided shuttle buses from the bottom of the mountain.
