From the very beginning, they were incredibly attentive, helping us with every step of the planning process. Our previous coordinator was nice but often offered empty platitudes. We didn't feel like she really heard our questions or request and would often have to remind her of our previous conversations and agreement, also constantly having to send reminders for updates - she is no longer with the venue. When Savanah took over, it was a huge blessing. We had actually met Savanah prior when we were touring the venue and loved working with her instantly but the event coordination was handled by the previous coordinator at the time. We couldn't be more thrilled to have Savanah take over as our event coordinator. She was personable, responsive, and always available for questions. Savanah's attention to detail, communication, and responsiveness was second to none. She made sure every aspect of our wedding was flawlessly executed, from the smallest decor elements to the smooth coordination of the entire event. It was clear that she not only understood our vision, but also cared deeply about bringing it to life in the best way possible. Beyond her exceptional organizational skills, Savanah's kindness, generosity, and personable character made for a truly exceptional experience. She was always there for us, offering support and coordinating with our wedding coordinators to make sure everything was well thought out and ran smoothly. Her thoughtful approach and genuine care for us made the entire planning process a pleasure. We always felt at ease knowing we had such a competent and compassionate professional in our corner. Our wedding day was everything we had hoped for and more, and we owe so much of that to Savanah. Even after the wedding, she was still checking in on us to make sure everything was what we hoped it would be and even went out of her way to offer us her congratulations. GlassHouse is a beautiful venue with a modern feel that allows one to plan for a great event. But all of that comes with a cost. Dealing with the management who run the place will make your planning a nightmare. My wife and I very recently got married at the GlassHouse. It ended up being a beautiful event and a wonderful party. However what should have been smooth planning turned out not to be due to new management coming in. They caused unwarranted stress, charged additional excessive costs, and ultimately were not pleasant to work with. Right before our wedding, it felt as if they were trying to make it unsuccessful by their actions. We will never forget our wedding. It was a memorable and a once in a lifetime event. Our wedding reception was held at Glasshouse on 8/7/26, after paying just under $37K to host our event. I want to give a detailed, honest account of our experience, because future couples deserve to know what to expect from current management - while also giving credit where it's due. We booked in August 2025 after a great early experience with the original sales and management team. Within days of signing our contract & paying our deposit, owner Gene let that entire team go & brought in new management, including current General Manager Jennifer Marinucci. For two weeks, we heard nothing- no introduction, no acknowledgment of our contract. I had to be proactive myself, reaching out to the former manager, who connected me with Savanah, still employed there at the time. Savanah became my only real lifeline to the venue - she made me feel heard & seen as a client in a way no one on the new team did. In March 2026, Savanah resigned. She didn't reach out-I later learned she was honoring Glasshouse's own no-contact policy for departed employees - so I found out from another vendor & had to reach back out to her myself. The genuine relationship we'd built carried forward, and it's ultimately why we invited her to be a guest at our wedding. With no one telling me who was now handling my wedding, more weeks of silence followed. Almost three weeks later, Jennifer finally emailed me first, our actual first real communication, outside a dismissive greeting at a tasting - writing as if we already had an established relationship, which we didn't. I responded with my frustration about the lack of communication since she'd taken over, & that's where the pettiness on her end began. Despite that exchange, at our first in-person meeting Jennifer was unprepared -- she hadn't reviewed our contract, & told me I'd owe extra for servers and bartenders on top of the Platinum package I'd already put a deposit on. Those services were never presented as add-ons during our sales process; we were led to believe they were included. That same meeting is when she assigned a new coordinator,Ambar, to my wedding. From there, our experience with that team was defined by pettiness rather than service- more focused on being "right" & extracting extra money than on actually helping. It escalated after my Day of Coordinator submitted a request that Jennifer and Ambar not handle my wedding directly, since I'd lost trust in them. Their response was, once again, more pettiness rather than addressing why a paying client had lost confidence: they tried to restrict my already-paid setup hours to a single vendor only, threatening extra charges for any other vendor using that same paid window. Their emails at times felt outright bullying - my Day of Coordinator personally witnessed this the week of our wedding, when Jennifer invoked a contract clause (the "Zilla Clause") allowing the venue to keep all our money if they decided we were being "unprofessional." Raising that 6 days before our wedding, over a routine scheduling dispute, is not how you treat a client who's paid $37,000. To add on, when finalizing our menu 2 weeks before the wedding, Ambar failed to mention our Platinum package included two plated appetizers, leaving our order at one - I only caught it because I knew the package details myself. She also never disclosed a $7.50/person surcharge for steak-and-fish duet plates. After giving her our headcount, she sent an invoice overcharging us by nearly $4,000 due to an incorrect guest count. She also gave one of my vendors incorrect info, claiming they were required to carry workers' comp insurance for the event. For a venue at this price point, these weren't minor oversights. On the wedding day, our setup team's contracted 12:00 PM access was delayed to 12:30 PM - crucial time needed for the decor. That pushed our guests' entry back an extra 30 minutes. I was also told, and had this corroborated through more than one source, that Jennifer attempted to dictate who could be on my own guest list, specifically objecting to Savanah's presence as my invited guest. I was shielded from all of this thanks entirely to my Day of Coordinator and our decor team. None of this reflects on Glasshouse's operations staff. Operations Manager Oswaldo & his team executed our actual event flawlessly; attentive, professional, and clearly experienced. If our day felt seamless, it's because of Oswaldo's team, not management. If you book Glasshouse, the operations team on the ground can deliver a beautiful event. But be prepared for inconsistent communication & a management style that can turn adversarial,even in the final week before your wedding. I'm happy to answer questions from other couples considering this venue-message me here. Until management changes, I don't want anyone else to go through what we did. My sweetie, who is an online seller, and I paid $70 each last March for an event there that was put on by Poshmark. We dressed up formally and were expecting to have a very fun engaging time with an elaborate buffet spread. After all, it did cost $70 per ticket!!!! Anyhow we were so disappointed! Their buffet was of fast food fare. There were grilled cheese quesadillas, simple beef burgers and fries. Seriously!!! OMG!!! If I wanted fast food fare like this, I would go to el Pollo Loco or Carls Jr. for better fast food and still pay much less. All I did at the event mostly was sit around and play with my phone. I did talk with a few other people who attended this event who told me the previous work shop event held by Poshmark was not that great either and the food was mediocre. Sure, Poshmark could have done better. There could have been interactive activities like a scavenger hunt event to win prizes and other contests, there could have been guest speakers, and free goody bags for participants. Gee, I am not even an event coordinator and know how this event could have been better! But I found the buffet to be the most disappointing. Sure, Poshmark perhaps chose the menu but it also reflects on the restaurant/event venue. After all, this is supposedly an ultra high end restaurant/event venue with the ambience to match. But the food was not worth the $70 ticket. And, sitting around with not much more to do but over indulge on fast food, talk with others in a noisy venue, and sit around fiddling with my phone was not fun for me. It was the first time my sweetie and I ever went to this restaurant/event venue and it was a let down. We may have got an inaccurate first impression of this place. I would think the general menu for this place must be better then the food that was catered at this event. I would think other events held here would have better buffets with a carving station, a salad bar, a snack bar and more (but for much less than $70 to attend). But surely other events that charge attendance here would have been better than the one we attended here. We did not find coming to this restaurant/event venue memorable. We will not be coming back to this restaurant /event venue nor ever come to another $70 Poshmark event like the one held here. It was disappointing. Tickets are meaningless since they keep everyone in line until tickets are expired. Imposible to reason with door people unless money was provided. You would think they would provide an ounce of hospitalitly given their admission prices were more than two cheap drinks. Even after an hour of opening, there were not many people inside and they were like zombies, barely dancing, only sholders moving an inch with feet in cement... Sad sad establishment. The Glass House was an amazing venue for any type of party or occasion. I went here with my aunt to her Christmas holiday party for Malwarebytes company. This location was big enough to host over 300 people. I loved the decor of the venue with a huge bar. I also really liked the idea that there was a separate area for the food. We had a selection of different meats, mashed potatoes, salads, lasagna, and cheeses. The servers were also walking around with egg rolls, empanadas (which were amazing) and wings. The best part was the chocolate fondue station with a assortment of different treats to dip in the fondue. The party had an open bar from 6-8pm. I never felt I had to wait for a drink because the bartenders were very efficient. The only downside was that parking was very difficult to find on a Saturday night! The Glass House was pretty darn nice! We went here for the 2019 yelp elite holiday party & yelp knows how to throw a party! This location was big enough to host 8+ vendors and leave room for performances. There was two photo booths, a few dessert tables, Mediterranean food, sushi hand rolls, 7leaves, vodka tasting and more. I was really impressed. Unfortunately, I got here a bit late - 7:30pm to be exact. So I only got to try a few things. I got to try the Mediterranean sampler dish - AMAZING. I was really happy with everything on the plate! Hand roll with avocado and rice only (ran out of sashimi), but it was still super duper good! Probably my favorite. I've been trying to cut down on my protein intake and this helped with my cravings. Hot chocolate from chromatic coffee - possibly the best hot chocolate I've had in a while. And vodka - tasted like vodka but it was really good mixed with their "Moscow mule" mixer. Although I was really late to the event, I'd have to say - I still enjoyed my time here. For future reference, I'll know to get there early so I can try more food next time. This review is way long overdue. We have our wedding at The Glass House on 4/6/19 and we can't thank enough for all the staffs at the GH for an amazing job they did on our special day!! GH is very spacious from the upstairs bridal suite to groomsmen's room to the dance floor. My husband loved how the groomsmen has their own bar in the room. We love how we have access to the bridal suite all day so we can get ready there. Bridal suite has great sunlight for makeup, pictures, spacious restroom, and this suite can fit 15 girls. The venue is beautiful, modern, and worked great for having both our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception there. The room turnaround time was so fast, and everything went according to plan! Bartenders service was excellent on our special day. Guests were very happy how the service turn out. The servers came to each table and asked guests if they needed anything else. August 2024 bride here and I can say without a doubt that we had the most incredible wedding at this venue. As a super type A bride, who was on a budget and doing a lot of DIY, I was initially skeptical having seen a couple bad reviews here and there but Dani and her team delivered the most EXCELLENT SERVICE. The communication working with Dani was clear and extremely helpful, she was always there for us, answered every email and phone call. We updated our BEO and floor layout multiple times, she was always cheery and happy to help. Their team even folded our menus into their napkins for us. And when we walked into our venue the day before to drop our items off we were blown away. Everything was fully set up and ready to go. Not only is this venue gorgeous but our guests could NOT stop talking about the Salmon, cooked to perfection. When is Salmon not dry at a wedding? When its at the Glasshouse!!! Our guests danced the night away and brought the HOUSE DOWN! The staff was gracious and allowed us to meander our way out, no harsh lights to signal the end of the evening. Dani and her staff were so attentive throughout the evening including when a few stray bubble guns got the dance floor slippery right before the mother/groom dance, and within 2 minutes of asking one of the waiters to help mop it up, it was done! This team works like a well oiled machine and they made our wedding INCREDIBLE. I had old chinese aunties tell me they hadn't danced in 20 years and that they hit up our dance floor (!!!!) Came here for a Yelp holiday party event and the space was amazing. There were over 15 vendors setup with ample room along with multiple bars and games! There was even a wooden dance floor platform setup for a dance exhibition. There is also a 2nd floor overlooking the main space! I also got to try the catered food from The Glass House and the appetizers where quite fancy and tasty. This would be a great place for a reception with catering on-site. They also have a large hallway under the 2nd floor which could be turned into a private area or more room for fun! My sorority had an event here and while the venue was pretty, the staff seemed rather unorganized. We paid for an event with over 200 people and they told us that they would provide microphones. When we began to give our awards the woman who was in charge of the venue's services had left and we had no microphones. This meant that we had to literally scream so that our guests could hear us which was embarrassing. At the end of the night no one was aware of the time of last call for the bar so they stopped serving earlier than expected. All in all, our guests were disappointed with the outcome of our event which only occurs every five years unfortunately. read more

My husband had fallen in love with the Glass House when checking out the pictures so we made a deposit on day 1. We love how modern and stylish the venue looks. RUN!!!! Seriously though! The venue is gorgeous but don't let that fool you. The staff is horrible to work with. This is a long review but worth reading. The stress this place causes is not worth the beautiful venue! Started with a phone call with Rebekah, she was very nice and gave us available dates to choose from over the phone. We choose 5/29/22 because she suggested it would be flexible with pricing and because it was a Sunday it wasn't a popular date. We agreed to still tour the place, and fell in love with the venue! Although when we arrived she hands us a random quote for their sister venue because someone else on her team booked that date without her knowledge apparently... She later said she booked it by mistake thinking she was looking at 2023 when we spoke, which cannot be true because 5/29/23 would be a MONDAY not SUNDAY. During our tour, she was nice, and was throwing in services and items to comp us for the mixed up date and she would get a proper quote to us shortly. After about a week we started reaching out for our personalized quote. About a week after we got our quote and to our surprise she had tried to charge us for all the comped items and services that she had promised us during our tour which she was taking notes down at. With the double booking and hearing so many different things in person that I was told on the phone/email. We decided this place wasn't for us due to its lack of professionalism, and even took the time to email a proper denial and stated reasons why we didn't feel comfortable using The Glasshouse. A week or 2 passes and we get an email from Christa, she seems amazing and promises to work with us and that we wouldn't have to work with Rebekah due to our lack of confidence in her. Christa was amazing and very responsive and knowledgeable. She provides an amazing tasting bath their sister venture and had an amazing personalized served which sealed the deal for us thinking our prayers have been answered! Signed contract and deposit paid! Let's Go! Some time passes and I reach out to Christa with a question since she had been so great to us and you our surprise she no longer works there and I can reach out to Rebekah with any questions! At this point I felt extremely tricked/ bait and switched into signing our contract. Moving forward we had to contact Rebekah and Ruby many times before getting any response. I literally had to dig through emails to PROVE to them what we were promised certain services like the Marquee outside. Which we were told was not going to work for our event - a month out! Miraculously they had it fixed in time but guess what. by the time it was nightfall our image was long gone way before our event was over and no one in site to fix it. Good luck getting our gorgeous night time shot of the sign on the building! This place is so unorganized and is a nightmare to work with as a Bride to be there was nothing but added stress working with this venue. I had to reach out to confirm everything, I scheduled rehearsal by reaching out to them multiple times. I had to also correct them on event orders they sent over with different pricing then what we originally agreed on. Fast forward to Day of! I saw Ruby ONE TIME the whole event. My fiance and the groomsman had to rush to move furniture around and out of the bridal suite when I got there because he said it was just full of furniture and I couldn't get in. It was not cleaned up good from the event they had the night before.. My Drunk MOH was able to somehow get a bunch of champaign before the ceremony! and later we learned it was from our champaign toast!! Apparently ruby was allowing her without mine or my husbands authorization. Cocktail hour was supposed to be in the patio and by the bar, but the patio was LOCKED and not set up AT ALL! So our guests were coming out front getting in the way of photos which made them take longer.. Our DJ wasn't able to turn the volume up on his system because the power from the glass house didn't support it! THE BAR was charging people different pricing for drinks! We literally had guest pay anywhere from 10$- 18$ for a jack Daniels and coke. No one knew what the actually prices where. After the meal was done my now Husband asked for the leftovers they wouldn't allow us to take any leftover food!! They lied to my husband and said they threw it away but I walked to the kitchen and made my daughter a plate and saw a ton of left overs! What kind of bull is that! read more

The perfect venue to hold a wedding! I must say, I'm surprised our wedding went so smoothly. I have worked with many difficult staff and coordinators leading up to GlassHouse. We knew GlassHouse was the one when we saw just how well Marlene and Rich were able to pull everything together so seamlessly. Thank you Marlene as our day of coordinator! We had both our ceremony and reception at the venue. Set up was fast and thorough throughout the entire night. Of course, family had to be all hands on deck in the early afternoon for items the venue does not assist with. That worked out perfectly fine and was as expected. TGH was a great location for our event! All of the staff were professional, attentive, and very helpful throughout the process. The venue is wonderful and is perfect for any occasion. Dani was especially very helpful at accommodating our needs, and was there for the night of the event to make sure everything went smoothly. read more

Our event turned out okay, but I completely disappointed by the service during setup on the day of. The glasshouse only allows an abysmal 2 hours of setup with each event, which required us to purchase multiple extra hours of setup time in order for our vendors to setup properly. Our event coordinator was very rarely on the floor during the setup. The only time they were present without us having to go to the office and knock on the door was when they had the gall to bring in another couple for a site visit during the venue setup time THAT WE PAID FOR. As if that wasn't inappropriate enough, they actually took the touring couple to the bridal room, WHILE THE BRIDE WAS STILL THERE GETTING READY. This was completely inappropriate, and there was no acknowledgement or apology, let alone any kind of advance notice that random strangers would be brought in while we were preparing for our event. It's infuriating/unthinkable that they thought it was even remotely appropriate to bring strangers into the bridal ready room. Our hair and makeup artists were appalled, and the bride was extremely embarrassed. Think twice before you sign. They're attentive until you sign the contract with them. read more
