After driving up a long and winding road up to the top of Skyline in Woodside you arrive at a beautiful event venue called Mountain Terrace. We attended a wedding of about 120 people. There is a huge grassy area where the ceremony was held but it would accommodate several hundred if the parking doesn't run out. The opening in the Redwoods overlooks the South Bay. A large tent was set up on the Terrace where the banquet was held. The event staff was fast and efficient in moving all the chairs from the ceremony to the banquet tables. Not sure if the food was catered or was made from the event kitchen. There is also a separate house across the lane that can be rented and utilized for the wedding party. The food with at was served consisted of Appetizers Crab cakes Mushrooms Vietnamese spring rolls Ceviche Spring mix with a warm egg Salmon with broccoli and potatoes Tri Tip with broccoli and potatoes Dessert S'mores Cannolis There is limited parking so the wedding provided shuttle buses from the bottom of the mountain. read more

Mountain Terrace was truly a blessing for our wedding. We were searching for a ceremony location just two months before our date, and they reached out to us at exactly the right time. From the very beginning, their team was incredibly professional, caring, and reassuring .I felt completely taken care of and never had to worry about a thing. On the day of our wedding, the weather was misty and rainy, but the staff handled everything flawlessly. They were able to quickly set up the ceremony on the deck at the last minute, and it turned out beautifully. Their flexibility and calm coordination made such a difference and allowed us to fully enjoy the moment. We went to my friend's sons's wedding. Drive was very windy to get there but for about 15-20 minutes. The place outside is beautiful with a view toward Stanford university and redwoods on green lawn. For a smaller wedding, it's a nice setting. Appetizers were great (4 kinds) but the main meals were better than average but nothing to rave about. As for the indoors setting after dark, the table clothes were gross with stains. They didn't change out for the 2nd wedding for the day. That was a turn off. This may be premature review, but I am sure this will be a wonderful venue. Over a year ago my daughter picked this place for her wedding on Friday the third. We had rehearsal and the place was gorgeous. Plenty of area to host a large group we will have 100 people for a sitdown dinner. The ceremony will be on the grass under the redwoods with a bit of a view. The place has a quaint appearance inside. There is a bar a place for dancing. A restroom is clean and gorgeous and well maintain hysterically across from Alice's restaurant, which is where the wedding party had lunch. There is a cottage on one side of the establishment that we rented for two days so the bride and groom have a place to set up and have their first night together on the other side as an Airbnb as well, but rest at a wedding party. We look forward to the wedding on Sunday. read more

Mountain Terrace and their team are an absolute dream! We hosted our wedding reception there and couldn't be happier. My husband and I were initially drawn to the breathtaking redwoods and view of the city. The space has such a unique balance of a grassy lawn for cocktail hour and mingling, a cozy deck that feels like someone's backyard, and an indoor space for dance. There's also a fire pit area that we utilized for s'mores and our guests loved it! It gets chilly at night, so heat lamps are a must, even in August! The food was incredible -- our guests and vendors are still complimenting us for our choices. The chef personally allowed us to adjust the menu and prepared pork lumpia as an hors d'oeuvre which our guests loved. The service team went above and beyond, Juan especially made sure we felt like guests at our own wedding and personally looked after us so we could enjoy all of the food we had carefully chosen. Caren was amazing throughout the planning process. She patiently answered all of our questions, helped us adjust when our guest count changed, and gave us the freedom to make the program our own. We loved being able to create his-and-her cocktails, bring our own ramen and s'mores for late night snacks. We worked with Anastasia in the months leading up as a wedding coordinator, and then Kristy in a day of coordinator capacity. The Mountain Terrace was the first venue we toured, and we instantly fell in love with the redwoods. It has the most beautiful combination of towering trees, bay views, and a warm, intimate backyard feel that was perfect for us. There was a large grassy lawn for games, mingling, and enjoying nature. While the redwoods and mountain views are undeniably lovely, the service at The Mountain Terrace felt transactional, disingenuous, and ultimately unwelcoming. We had an introduction video call with Kim, where she showed us layout options for the venue. Her disposition was monochromatic (smiling with her mouth, but not her eyes), especially when congratulating us. It felt very forced. But I figured she just had a long day; no problem. We communicated during the initial contact as well as during the video call, that our guinea pigs and bunnies are like family to us. As such, we want them to be present at the wedding. When we followed up on this, we were told how people usually hire sitters or put them in crates. I asked about their comfort with at least having them on the lawn area during the ceremony, as they weren't allowed anywhere else - even in the home rental. She repeated her statement about sitters and crates. I saw the most enthusiasm from her while discussing the pricing. She suggested the premium drink package and home rental (with a strict "no pet" policy). After we explicitly stated our pets travel with us, our needs were clearly not being considered. So we naturally declined the rental for ourselves, but mentioned the home would be great for our grandma, who has accessibility needs( she is in her late 90's). Upon arriving for the tour, we followed the signs past the front and through the back fence to the venue. Lovely area with the redwoods in the background. We weren't a fan of the fake golf-grounds grass down the walkway, but the fire pit area and swing were cute. Unfortunately, the interpersonal experience was equally off-putting with Anastasia. From the time we arrived to when we left, we did not get the impression that we were welcome. I had to initiate a handshake, a basic greeting and form of respect, which was met with a visible pause and the same forced, disingenuous expression as Kim. While we love that there would be a coordinator (I believe in the $2k range at the time I am writing this), as well as a provided list of vendors, we weren't a fan of how long we would have access to the site itself. They claim use for 8 hours, however there's only 5 hours available for the ceremony. 2 hours are used prior to the ceremony for the setup, and an hour near the end is used for the take down. We were told we didn't have to leave immediately at the end, but there isn't much reason to stay once the takedown starts at 9/10pm without food or seating. There's a $1k + labor charge for each additional hour used. She showed us around and left us with some albums inside to look through for inspiration, as well as time to walk the lot. She mentioned there was an onsite house rental, but didn't show us the house. There was clearly no communication or consideration between team members regarding my grandmother's accessibility needs. More concerning was the lack of diversity in their marketing; out of the several albums of couples with their families and friends on their special day, we found only one person of color, who was a guest. As a couple looking to see ourselves reflected in a venue's history, this was a major red flag. She even briefly showed us color options for the linen, but told us that she excluded another batch because "they were pricey". The most telling moment happened as we left. After reaching my car, I realized I forgot my water bottle and stepped back inside, only to find the heater on and music playing. When I returned to the lot, I saw another couple arriving for a tour. We were never offered music or heating at any point. The couple was Caucasian, which shouldn't matter in an ideal world, but it did. It was a stark, painful contrast that confirmed we simply weren't given the "welcome treatment". To note, it was only under a half an hour from when we arrived. While the venue was pretty, it was clear that we weren't welcome; we clearly are not their ideal clients. If you are looking for a venue that considers your approaching 100 grandparent, works with people of color, and offers basic, genuine hospitality, I would suggest looking elsewhere. read more

The outdoor lawn surrounded by towering redwood trees is absolutely stunning and created such a peaceful, romantic atmosphere for our ceremony. We loved how the venue offers multiple connected spaces: an outdoor lawn for the ceremony, a beautiful deck for dinner, and an indoor space for dancing. The flow of the evening felt seamless, and our guests really enjoyed experiencing each part of the venue. We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Mountain Terrace this October, and it was all we could have hoped for and more. The venue is beautiful - we knew we wanted to have our wedding there the moment we saw it, and we got so many big reactions and compliments from our guests the day of. We loved having the big grass lawn and epic redwood views for the ceremony and cocktail hour, the covered deck for an indoor/outdoor feel during diner, and the intimate dancefloor inside for the after-dinner party. Having these 3 distinct spaces was prefect for our guests who could move around throughout the night depending on what vibe they were looking for. In addition, the food was delicious, the staff was highly professional, and the coordinators helped us with the planning every step of the way. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Caren in particular provided us with everything we needed to guide us through the process, was quick to answer all of our many questions and requests, recommended excellent vendors, and was incredibly accommodating in helping us bring our vision to life. We came here for a family wedding and it is a beautiful venue and everything was just perfect. Due to COVID protocols, every precaution was taken and there was COVID test kits, body warmers, hand sanitizer and even face masks that the family (?) provided. The wedding ceremony was held outdoors with a beautiful view, then the reception and dinner was in a semi tent with air access and outdoor heaters and the dancing was inside the building. So there were 3 levels. The food was hearty and we had a choice that we pre-ordered of beef, fish or vegetarian. The food and service were excellent as there were 3-4 appetizers and then dinner. Portions were delicious and hearty. There was also a photo booth inside a VW van which was fun! The only cons was that the venue is a bit difficult to get to with winding roads and the sign to the venue is alittle obscure but it is located opposite Alice's Restaurant. Unfortunately, after we left the venue, I realized I misplaced my coin purse which held my driver's license and credit card that had dropped out of my bag under the banquet table and we had to rush back in the winding dark narrow road after 8 pm. That was a bit scary driving in the dark on a two lane road with no one in front or back of us. I did find my coin purse under our table! read more

My daughter married her love last Friday. The wedding party stayed in the guest cottage for two nights. We had about 65 guests for the event. The ceremony on the lawn was MAGICAL, set so that we gazed at towering redwoods and the bay. Of course it cooled off as the sun set, but the venue was ready for us with excellent food, beautifully laid out in the tented space. As night drew on we moved upstairs to the cozy bar and dance floor -- I love how many different gathering spaces were there, ready for us. The venue was fresh and bright and immaculate. Many guests commented on the good food and lovely surroundings. The table service was excellent, with some special accommodation for some of the kids. A special shout out to our coordinator Kristy. Absolutely gorgeous wedding venue in a prime location on Skyline! We had our wedding there in mid August. It was not too hot but also not too cold at night. All our guests told us that the venue was magical. The staff was wonderful, including our coordinator, and the food was great. I have only amazing things to say about Kristy and everyone at TMT. Kristy was incredibly communicative from start to finish, whether it was about pricing, all the decisions we had to make, or even coordinating with our other vendors. We hired her as a day-of-coordinator and are very glad we did. It was worth every penny. On the morning of our wedding, TMT found out that the main road leading up to the venue was blocked by a downed tree and power was cut to the area around the venue. Kristy made contingency plans and communicated a clear and thoughtful plan so I didn't have to panic. She made adjustments with our other vendors as well. That's all I could've asked for in the situation. I'm very grateful we picked TMT out of all the choices we had. read more

We had our wedding reception at Mountain Terrace recently and could not recommend them highly enough! Because we were looking for something a little less traditional, their morning ceremony package ended up being perfect for us. We worked closely with Katia initially and then Caren throughout the rest of process once we had signed. They were both very kind and communicative despite our many questions. We always felt like we were in very good hands throughout the planning. It ended up pouring very hard during our reception despite it being May but the banquet manager we worked with was able to accommodate us with adding heat lamps at the very last minute. He was also very attentive and constantly checked in with us as well as our families to see if we needed anything. We really appreciated his attention to detail and how well he kept the whole thing running. The food was also fantastic and our guests all seemed to really enjoy it. My husband, Jay, and I recently had our dream fall, September wedding at The Mountain Terrace. The Mountain Terrace is truly a special place. As soon as we stepped into the venue during our tour, Jay and I instantly pictured how we would say our vows, the tables/ chairs set up and dancing throughout the grass at this venue. We also got to meet the owners, Katia, and her husband during one of our visits and learned that this was where her husband grew up as a young boy and they still visit from time to time! Our wedding planner, Caren, was AMAZING. She was there for every step of the way. From the rental furnitures, to the food tasting, tables/ napkin linen choosing, changing our timeline a million times, the set up the day of, making sure Jay & I had time to taste the appetizers/ plates dinner, and any big or small details in between. Our day of coordinator, unfortunately, got sick the day before our wedding, so Caren stepped in as our day of coordinator, and we couldn't be happier! Our guests still talk about how delicious the appetizers/ food was, the Redwood scenery, the friendly staff, and The Booth Bus that we had. Jay and I often joke about how if we could get married again at The Mountain Terrace, we would do it in a heart beat! The only "con" I would say is the amplified sound restriction. The Mountain Terrace is nestled between a few residential area, so I can see why they are more strict with it. If you're looking for a venue that you want to blast your music, then that is something to consider. We had two violinists play music during the ceremony and move the dance floor indoors at the end of the night. We're a few weeks post our wedding, and I wish I could do it over again! The Mountain Terrace was such a beautiful venue, and the people who work there are so great. I was so stress-free leading up to and during the wedding, so I give major kudos to the staff for their help. The venue is so gorgeous - having an outdoor ceremony and dinner allowed us to spend very little on decor, and all the guests gushed about how beautiful the wedding was. To be honest when we first visited and saw all the bikers, we were a bit turned off. But on the day of, there were none nearby (it was coned off as they said it would be), and we didn't hear any bikers during the ceremony. But even more importantly, every interaction was so professional and kind. Katia sorted out our contract in less than a day day, Caren gave great advice leading up to the event, and Kristy ran the day so smoothly. I never had an email unanswered for more than a a few hours. I can't say enough for how helpful it is to have a team that responds promptly and can problem-solve leading up to and during the event. Lastly the food was amazing! Guests were really happy with it, and the dinner portions were generous. The s'mores was a great guest experience. One random advice I'd give to future brides/grooms would be to include the cost of heaters when you are budgeting for the venue. We got a reasonably warm day and paid for 12 heaters, but as soon as the ceremony was over it was freezing and we could've easily used double the heaters. So you will always need heaters! read more

I had my wedding at Mountain Terrace on June 18th, 2023 and they provided the best service ! We didn't hire wedding planners and I was actually really anxious about it. But thankfully the staffs from Mountain Terrace are all super experienced and detail oriented. Everything went smooth the day of and I'm glad to say I made the right choice ! I'd like to thank Caren especially. We didn't want to rent the heaters at first cuz of our budget, but she checked with me again few weeks ahead and advised that if we don't provide heaters it'll be difficult to bear for our guests unless we move the reception indoors. In the end, we added the heaters back and thank god we did! It was still chilly at night and my guests told me if it weren't the heater they'll be freezing the entire night. I'm glad that they provided honest feedback and did their best to help me went through the day with nothing to worry about. And of course we can all tell from the photos how beautiful it is at the venue, saved me tons of money on decoration. The redwoods already provided the best view! The Mountain Terrace made my wedding day just PERFECT. When we were trying to choose a wedding venue, having these three criteria fulfilled was important: responsible staff, beautiful space, and delicious food. The Mountain Terrace was just so perfect to fulfill these criteria. Staff: I had tons of small and big questions to ask via email. Caren, our communication point and wedding planner, always responded within 12 hours. Her answers were SO clear as well. It was a huge relief for me because I could plan my wedding with confidence promptly. She would also think ahead of me and save so much of my time. No words can describe how awesome she is!!  The manager of the day was also so nice. He made sure that everything was on schedule and that we were feeling comfortable with what was happening. Every other staff we met was always ready to serve us and answer our questions with a smile I wanted to say thank you to everyone who was working with us throughout my wedding prep and on the day of.  The space:  Many of our guests (almost 1/2 of them) were coming on the plane from different states and countries. Making sure they enjoyed every single view of the venue was crucial for us. And it was a success! So many of them (even our local guests) complimented how beautiful this venue was. The redwood trees just made my wedding day so magical. When I walked down the virgin road, I literally felt like I was walking into my dream that I had dreamt of since I was a little girl The indoor space was so cute as well. I will never forget our first wedding dance on the floors surrounded by everyone. The food: It was truly THE BEST FOOD I'VE EVER HAD at any weddings I had ever been to!!!!!! Knowing our guests were coming from far places, we truly wanted to treat them well with good food. I also knew our guests were picky eaters and I am a big foodie. In my culture, there's a joke (but I consider it an adage), "Food is what's left in the wedding guests' hearts." TMT JUST NAILED IT. people just raved about the food all night!! My wedding was about two months ago, but I still hear people raving about the food. A lot of my guests told me that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We had our wedding at Mountain Terrace in March and it was perfect! We received so many compliments on the food and venue. The plated meals were hot and SO delicious. The weather was amazing, and the redwood grove was such a special treat, especially for folks who traveled in from the midwest. Mountain Terrace was extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process. We had a great experience working with Caren who was always patient with answering our questions and making several revisions to the floor plan! We had requested to stop by the venue several times during the planning process to show family members who were visiting, and the team was always so accommodating. They were extremely thorough when collecting information around guest count and meals (thanks again, Caren!!!) One complaint would be the outdoor music restrictions. My brother played an acoustic guitar for our ceremony, but unfortunately we could barely hear him and he was not allowed to use a microphone. That said, they were transparent about this rule from the beginning. We also had our wedding during an "off-season" so there was a tent over the deck. I think it helped keep everyone warm, but we had no say how many tent walls were up or down on the day-of, and there were noticeable ropes and structural ties in all the photos. All that said, you will NOT be disappointed if you book Mountain Terrace! Shuttles to this venue are a MUST!! Overall you will not be disappointed :) read more

BUT we cannot stress how easy and stress free it was to work with the Mountain Terrace team! They are by far one of the most professional venues we had reached out to with fast turnaround times and transparent cost estimates. Shout out to Chef Benny and his team! Everyone from the planning process (Caren is the best) was easy and straightforward and all my questions were always answered in a timely manner. If you want to pick a wedding venue that strives for perfection and making your vision a reality, look no more. Our wedding day happened to fall within the biggest 10 day storm in CA in 150 years (no joke). The storm ripped a few holes on the tent and our floor plans had to be changed multiple times 2 days prior to the event. TMT and staff worked relentlessly day and night coming up with fixes of the tent, and coming up alternatives arrangement so we could still have our vision come true. To be honest, the weather forecasted that it would be sunny two days after our wedding. They could have easily picked the easy way out and not put so much effort in fixing the tent. And we are forever grateful that they didn't do that. From the bottom of our heart, THANK YOU! After the wedding, our guests had nothing but praises about the venue, the staff, the food, and they emphasized how friendly the bartenders were. Everyone definitely had a blast. The venue comes with a planner with the process, and Caren being our planner, was exceptional! I also love that I didn't have to deal with finding extra vendors like a caterer, linen company, or renting chairs and tables because TMT takes care of that for you. One thing that is worth mentioning is that it is hard to get a ride share at the venue, so we had to provide shuttle buses for our guests. I wished they had mentioned it to me at our introductory calls so it caught me by surprise when I found out after I signed the contract. Needless to say, I would still pick TMT as my wedding venue, and would highly recommend it to anyone else. read more

We had our wedding on Oct. 16, 2023 - this was a day to remember for the both of us. Everything was done according to plan and we very much appreciate the help of our wedding coordinator Anastasia. She's very organized and made sure everything was done to our liking. She was very calm and made sure our wedding was stress free. If you are planning to get an awesome wedding coordinator then please request for Anastasia. Even the venue was amazing, we did not need to put a lot of decorations since the place and the red woods background completed the look we were striving for. The food was to die for and cant get enough of good compliments about it. Having good food is a must for us so this was a treat and one good thing we really liked is that the food was still served hot. We cannot thank the Mountain Terrace enough for our incredible July wedding. We received so many compliments from guests not only about how beautiful the venue was but also how incredible the food was and how kind the staff were. Here are a few highlights from our experience: 1.) We paid extra for day of coordination, and it was 100% worth it. We worked with Caren and Slonne who were both incredibly responsive to all of our emails leading up the wedding. Slonne was our day of coordinator, and we absolutely loved working with her. She kept us cruising through our wedding schedule the day of and made sure everything was running smoothly without pressuring us or pushing us. I had tasked bridesmaids and groomsmen at the end of the night to help with cleanup, and when my bridesmaids checked in with her she said not to worry because everything had already been packed away!! Slonne is an absolute superstar!! 2.) The food!!! I wish we could go here as a restaurant. Everyone said they couldn't believe that wedding food could be this good. The appetizers in particular were to die for! The catering staff were also excellent. We indicated who had allergies at each table, and they took the extra time to reassure each guest with an allergy that they would be taken care of!! 3.) The continuity of the space is absolutely wonderful. Being able to transition seamlessly from ceremony, to cocktails, to dinner, and dancing was exactly what we wanted. The fact that you can also have pretty much everything except dancing outdoors was also really wonderful for guests who were nervous about COVID. Things we were concerned about that ended up not being an issue: - Motorcycle noise from Alice's: As others have mentioned, the venue is across from Alice's restaurant which is a known meetup for motorcyclists. This really wasn't an issue for our evening wedding, and it didn't disturb the ceremony or other aspects of the wedding at all. - Getting to the venue: Like others, we also opted to have a shuttle service from our hotel in mountain view. This worked out really nicely so guests didn't have to worry about driving. We had one early shuttle that left at around 9:30 and another that left at the end of the night at about 11:00. They also have tons of parking for guests who do want to drive. - Amplified sound: The Mountain Terrace has strict restrictions on amplified sound. We thought this would be a bigger compromise than it was. I think the only time we missed having amplified sound was during cocktail hour since we opted not to go with live music. But otherwise it worked out just fine. Overall, this was an incredible venue, and I cannot recommend it enough. I hope we get to attend another wedding or event here some day, so we can experience it again. read more

We hosted our wedding reception at Mountain Terrace and could not have been happier with our experience. The setting alone is absolutely gorgeous, but this venue does not assume its location is enough. Every interaction from the initial intake, the tasting (they have an INCREDIBLY talented onsite chef), the wedding coordination lead-up to the set-up and service for actual event was OUTSTANDING! We had an amazing experience planning our wedding at The Mountain Terrace. There are many things I could write about here, but a few things about this venue that I want to specifically call out are: 1) Exceptional planning support leading up to the event. Every communication we had with Caren and the rest of TMT staff was clear and prompt. They were accommodating and patient with our many questions and requests, including last minute changes to our guest list and venue layout. 2) Food and service was amazing! We got so many compliments from guests on how delicious the food was and how the staff was so kind and helpful. We also experienced this firsthand with our banquet manager Julie - they made sure we were taken care of the entire day, like setting aside a plate of hors d'oeuvres from cocktail hour for us and going above and beyond to make sure that our cleanup at the end of the night went as smoothly as possible. 3) Transparency with pricing. Before we signed our contract, we had a clear breakdown of all the costs and there were no surprise charges or fees when it came time to pay our final balance. Below are some specific hesitations we had when we initially committed to the venue and how they all panned out day-of; hopefully this is helpful for any future couples considering the venue - - Noise from motorcycles/cars outside the venue: This was not a problem at all during our ceremony. We did have a brief interruption during toasts but it lasted only a few seconds. - No amplified sound allowed outdoors: We went with the venue's recommended string musicians for the ceremony music and they were great, super professional, very reasonably priced, and familiar with the venue. For toasts, the venue allowed us to use their microphone since we had them during dinner outside. Unfortunately, since there was only one speaker, it was hard to hear for guests who were further away on the upper deck. Had we known this, we would've considered moving the toasts inside. - Road getting to the venue: The last ~5 minutes of driving before arriving at the venue is quite windy. We were somewhat concerned that guests would have difficulty getting to/finding the place, or that folks would be delayed due to unfamiliarity with the roads. In the end, we opted not to organize transportation and everyone made it to the venue on time without issue. TMT staff sent out an email to our guests a few days before with a heads up on how much time to budget for transportation and detailed driving instructions, and I think this was very helpful in allowing us to start on time. Overall, cannot say enough good things about this venue. Our wedding was fantastic and we would do it again at TMT in a heartbeat! read more

We had our wedding at The Mountain Terrace in June and the venue was wonderful! Our friends had an amazing time. Our coordinator helped us immensely with the day-of events as well as planning and keeping us on track. The food was amazing, and the redwoods view is breathtaking. We chose the Mountain Terrace because we wanted a forested outdoor venue, and immediately fell in love. The team did an excellent job at guiding us through the entire wedding planning process. Kristy Meinhardt in particular was amazing. She answered our many questions in a timely fashion, and made accommodations for our concerns about having a wedding during a pandemic. One of the highlights was menu tasting in advance of the day. The food was divine (guests echoed this sentiment during the wedding)! In preparation of the event, the catering team made accommodations for people with food allergies, easing any worry. The day itself was perfect. As the bride, I didn't have to do any event coordination--the team kept everything flowing so I could just enjoy the celebration. Their staff was good at being dynamic. Guests started arriving a little earlier than expected, but they were easily able to accommodate them. We'd highly recommend this venue! read more

I cannot recommend this FANTASTIC venue & staff more!! I had so much fun working with them, and our wedding day exceeded our expectations! From the minute I found The Mountain Terrace online, I knew it was my dream venue - the trees and bay views make it such a magical and unique escape. I was unsure if it would work with our budget, but the staff there worked with us to find a ceremony package that fit with what we wanted to spend. The incredible staff, including Brooke, Caren, and Terri, made the planning experience so easy and fun for me. Caren sent me so many useful reminders and planning documents along the way, and her and Terri always responded to my questions quickly. Simply put, they were a dream to work with! Moreover, Terri's day of wedding coordination gave me and my family the freedom to just enjoy the day and not worry about anything getting done. I want to also take a moment to mention how wonderful all the additional staff members are. Everyone was there to help, make sure we had drinks and were fed, and worked with us to personalize everything. We had amazing signature drinks (thank you Cherie!) and a personalized Persian & Indian menu courtesy of Chef Benny! COVID wise, I really feel like this venue went above and beyond to ensure the staff and guests' safety, and were able to accommodate all the specific pod seating I wanted. Moreover, the venue is so open and private there was plenty of room for social distancing. Our family and guests keep telling us what an amazing time they had, how much they loved the food, and how well paced the day was. I hope I can throw another event here in the future! read more
