    Jenn in finance was amazing. She was very thorough with all the warranties and made my experience great. I will refer everyone I know looking for a motorcycle to definitely go to eagles nest in Lathrop.

    This review is for the parts department. One of the best interactions I've had with any parts department of any company in my life. In January, I had having problems with a HD lithium ion battery. I'd taken it to other dealers and they claimed the battery was passing testing. After another failed morning of trying to use it, I took the battery into Eagles Nest fully expecting to just buy another. Payton and Peyton, both guys working the counter and started helping me find a replacement. As they started to ring me up, they talked me into testing the battery. They also called the dealership I bought it from and obtained a copy of the receipt so they could warranty it out. Despite the fact the battery kept showing on the machine as good, the cold amps didn't show as an acceptable range. So they called HD corporate for a technician there, and continued troubleshooting the problem. Eventually, they replaced the battery at no cost to me. They could have taken my money, they could have taken the machines word that the battery was good (as Folsom HD had), they even could have told me to come back with the receipt and then they would take care of it. Not at any point did they stop and take the easy way out. Even now I still only do my parts and service at this dealership no matter how inconvenient the distance because I can trust the staff here.

    The service department is incredibly efficient in getting appointments. To how fast service is done. And they are so helpful. Dealt with few and the lady here is very attentive in responding. Thank you

    We recently added another HD motorcycle to our family and are very pleased with our purchase from Eagles Nest HD. Our salesman, Obie, was quick to set up the deal for us. He provided all the information we needed about the process, and we were promptly sent to finance. While there was the usual upselling, we successfully resisted the push for additional coverage and left 35 minutes later. However, I did have one issue: my clothing smelled strongly of smoke afterward. Since we don't smoke, this was quite unpleasant for us. I'm pretty sure the smell came from the closed-door finance experience. I'm curious why the finance representative insisted on keeping the door closed, especially since I had already agreed to purchase the bike. I was anxious to just sign the paperwork and leave, yet I walked away smelling like I had smoked a cigarette. Perhaps the chairs need to be reupholstered? Whatever the reason, THAT experience was not enjoyable. I hope others will not be shut in like that.

    The "Ice Queen"

    I finally bought my first brand new bike. My husband and I went to Eagles Nest Harley Davidson in Lathrop, California. With the help of sales person Anthony, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, I was able to get the bike I really wanted. Anthony and Brad, Sales Manager, went out of their way to get me the 2024 Road Glide in the White Onyx Pearl. They had to make arrangements to have it picked up from a San Jose dealership. Anthony was a pleasure to deal with. He wasn't pushy but listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Thank you Anthony and Brad for all your professional help.

    Dave was awesome. He is definitely the most informative, not just in Motorcycling but in pretty much all aspects of life! He was thorough in his teachings. Absolutely dam funny. I would recommend him and the class in general to everyone!!!

Their parts department is OK, Can't say much about sales since I don't buy from them and they overpriced tags And their Service department is Overpriced, Slow, and Unreliable. I brought my Ninja here to get the tires replaced since I had a blown tire from a long ride, and while I was there I was going to get it tuned up with an Valve inspection, Oil Change, Air filter & Spark Plugs. I towed my bike there with the blown tire and had no issues with my bike starting or idling, I walked the bike with the engine on since it was easier than to push it in gear. Left the bike there and was scheduled to be worked on 2 weeks later, Called for an update after the 3rd week and still had not been looked at. After the 4th week they called me asking if they can install aftermarket Spark plugs since they couldn't get OEM. I gave the go ahead and a day later they called again saying my bike would not start with my Power commander installed, and could not release my bike without it in running condition. They removed my Dynojet and blamed it on my Tune that the bike could not stay idle without cutting out. When I went to pick it up I was not happy, all I wanted was the tires replaced with a tune up. They also Mentioned that they cannot work an any vehicle that is modified. I received my Bike in working condition with my parts removed and was charged just over $1500 For tires and a tune up. I went to a little known Speed shop in Modesto and got my Dynojet reinstated and retuned. Asked for an invoice for the installation cost and asked SHY to reimburse me the $100 installation cost. The GM denied it and said it was because my tune was faulty. Bike was not faulty when I delivered it, they did do any due diligence before service. They don't test if the Engine runs before they start working on it. If you go here for their service department all they can do right is a tire change The owner has 3 locations in Stockton and I will no longer be a customer at any. They saved $100 and for the thousands I spend there every year for maintenance and parts.
