Needed a local bike mechanic after my bike and a major engine issue out on a camping trip. I…read moremessaged Chris @ Sixty7 racing while still out camping and got a quick response. We went over what happened and we knew it was major engine failure. When I got back into town we set a time to drop off bike and get it tore down to see the damage. We both agreed its time for a full rebuild due to the age the price was agreed upon and got a deposit for new parts going. Once the engine rebuild parts arrived he was quick to get it back together and upgrading a few things along the way like high compression piston, clutch basket, throttle and clutch cables. He greased up all the suspension and cleaned and went through the carb. Picked up bike shortly after all the parts came in and it started up and sounded better than ever. Went for the first ride and its was a noticeable difference in my bike! Very happy with the value and attention to detail on this build. Would recommend him and will be back for any future bike needs I may have. Thanks Chris again for the prompt work and turn around time.

Sowing up was greeted by staff and pointed me to the direction of the service area to get the bike checked in. The staff was friendly and made sure the bike was checked in properly and notified me of any things that needed my attention like lights horns signals ect. The service was quick about 1.5hr I waitied and talked with staff about potential parts and upgrades. They test rode bike and I was on my way. Before I left Luis made sure to check in with me if there was anything else we could do or answer any other question about parts or service. I brought my 2000 Harley Sportster 883 to Ol Skool & LS Motorsports after dealing with some ongoing…read moreissues for a while which included an oil leak and fuel/air mixture issues leading to "lean sneeze" and power loss when accelerating. Before contacting Ol Skool & LS Motorsports, I previously contacted several other shops in which I was told they didn't want to take on the work for a Harley Sportser, which was pretty frustrating. Lawrence, the owner, was willing to take it on--and I'm really glad he did. He replaced the rocker box top seals and push rod gaskets, rebuilt and tuned the carburetor to match my exhaust and S&S intake, and re-gasketed the air intake system. He also tracked down and fixed both an oil leak and a separate gas leak from the carburetor. Since getting the bike back, it's been running great. What stood out most to me was how easy Lawrence was to work with. He stayed in touch throughout the whole process, kept me updated, and explained things in a way that actually made sense. His pricing was very fair too, especially considering the amount of work that went into it. If you've got a bike that other shops won't touch or can't figure out, I'd definitely recommend Ol Skool & LS Motorsports. Lawrence knows his stuff and takes care of his customers. I'll be going back for any future work. - G
