According to him everything looked great the roof had another 5 to 7 years possibly on it. After buying the house we have found the roof leaks both in the house and the garage and we have to have a new roof as there were three layers of shingles on the roof and the plywood underneath is very soft and running out. The plumbing in the house has also had issues we've already spent almost 10 grand just to fixing that not anything to do with the roof yet which is going to cost obviously quite a few thousand more. Not sure if he was working with the seller and his crooked or if he actually didn't do an inspection of the house. Do yourself a favor DO NOT use this company or Randy Stufflebeam as they do not follow through with a proper home inspection, and end up getting screwed in the end.
