Craig went through everything they would have to do, addressed all my concerns regarding a patio cover than had significant damage and covered any further costs above estimate that might incur. Not only were they my lowest bid but gave me the reassurance I needed that job would be done correctly. Other bids were not only higher but did not include fascia work that needed to be addressed. After accepting the bid from Heinz they made sure they met my timeline I needed the job done by (I was going out of town for a few weeks). The crew were all very courteous and efficient and addressed any concerns I had. Clean up was great. I'm very happy with the results of their work.
