They said it would be amazing, they said it would be perfection, they said I would get addicted. They were right!!!! I don't even really like chocolate itself (I know, I'm the only human being who has ever said this). Unless it's white chocolate, or mixed with a lot of other ingredients, it's too strong and bitter for my taste. But despite my distaste for chocolate, this chocolate milk is so amazing that I think about it daily!!! I don't know what they put in it, but this is certainly the best chocolate milk in the world!!! From their hamburger to their brisket and everything in between his top notch quality. I don't care what it cost, if it's good like it is from Potts it's worth it. They have a website that you can order on which makes it convenient, the people at the shop itself when you were just walk in are always polite and professional. Their beef, their pork and their bones from a dog Merlin are outstanding. There's not a better grass fed beef supplier in my area that I'm aware of. The inside has been completely renovated and their approach to processing game and running the business is exceptional. Older negative review should be completely disregarded and has a big game hunter who prefers to process 100% of his own harvest, I will be taking much of my game here in the future. At my request they deboned the meat and use no saws and cutting of steaks or bones so there is zero bone fragments or marrow on my elk. They trim the sinew perfectly and what I ended up with is even better that I have had done it myself. Those of us who know the flavor of the game is 90% related to how it's handled from the moment the harvest takes place until the minute it hits your dinner plate . Walkers butcher block (previously known as the Lebanon locker) has my complete trust now and actually saved my ass when I had to travel unexpectedly on the day I was going to process my own meat. They took in my beautiful idaho harvest (6x6) at the last minute and turned it around immediately.
