I cannot love Super Suppers enough! They have been such a blessing to our family! A friend recommended them a few months ago, and I've never looked back! With a family of 5 including little ones, Super Suppers has taken the burden of cooking off of me! My kids ask for their meals (& cookies) several times a week, and we eat the meals 3-4 times a week. Our freezer stays stocked, and it saves us money of having to eat out when I don't have the time or energy to cook after a long day. They taste great, too! And the best part is, you can just pop in and "Grab & Go." My daughter and son-in-law are in the midst of taking over a business which, of course, requires long hours and intense focus on a myriad of details. My husband and I, residents of Hawaii, were very concerned that their health would suffer since they would not eat healthy meals. A mainstay of fast food meals was not something we wanted for them. I began an intense search for online providers of healthy meals that required little, or no, preparation. Having been a paralegal before retiring years ago to care for our daughter, I am an intense researcher. INTENSE! I came across 4 possible meal providers of interest to me. SUPER SUPPERS had the most attractive website. The photos and their accompanying descriptions are so professional-looking that I chose to go with them. Plus, unlike Vibrant Meals, SUPER SUPPERS doesn't require subscribing. I dislike committing to something that might take a bit to back out of. I prefer to "come and go" as I please. SUPER SUPPERS does require cooking or reheating, but that's it. No shopping for ingredients. No cutting/dicing, peeling, etc. And the meal options are phenomenal. Meatloaf, Meaty cheesy lasagna, Crab cakes with dill sauce, Shrimp with pasta and peanut sauce, Admiral's bourbon flank steak, Korean bbq baby back ribs, Roasted sweet potatoes with maple seasoning, Crispy feta chicken roll ups, Honey dijon pork tenderloin with sweet potato fries, Teriyaki glazed beef and broccoli, Balsamic glazed brussel sprouts with bacon, Green bean gremolata, scones in assorted flavors. We text back and forth so that the transaction between us, our daughter/son-inlaw and Phemie would roll out smoothly. She cares about her customers as people. Phemie feels just like family. The last couple of weeks I have depended on Super Suppers. My son and daughter in law had a son. I ordered a weeks worth of meals to get them over the hump of a new born. Phemie, I assume the owner is a joy to work with and goes out of her way to provide you with your needs. I then ordered a second week for my son and then my daughter's child was hospitalized with RSV. I ordered a week's worth of meals for her family. I simply cannot say enough. I didn't give a lot of advance notice and during Thanksgiving week, she came through joyfully once again. I don't want to be remiss and only speak about the service. I'm not sure why it has taken so long for us to find this place but don't you make that same mistake. Have driven by here so many times going to Home Depot or Publix. We are food snobs who have tired of cooking and most take out options. Super suppers is the answer! They text you an incredibly extensive menu, text back your selections then go by for curbside pickup. Food is deep frozen, nicely wrapped with clear instructions. We have had chicken pot pie w garlic biscuits, green bean casserole, Asian chicken noodle soup, Asian ribs, baked Brie w apricots, artichoke spinach dip and scones. Tonight we have meatball minestrone. You'd be lucky to have food this good at a fine restaurant. $20 selections feed two of us usually w some lunch leftover. Appraisers $12-14. We brought some of this to a Thanksgiving dinner and the others though we had cooked for days. Hilarious! read more

Super Suppers has really helped my family out. We joined their Super Club and get 6 homemade frozen meals a month at a reduced cost (normal is about $15 for a main dish that feeds 3). It's not as cheap as cooking from scratch, but it's cheaper than eating out. It's nice to come home and have an easy meal to put together. Everything we've had so far is good. Personally I prefer the soups and things that don't need much added to make a full meal. We just had a moroccan chicken soup that was very tasty. The scones are SO good. I've been trying to do the South Beach Diet and they have lots of options that work with that(not the scones :)). read more

The menu has a variety and if you need it modified, just call or put it on your order. The order process is very simple. This place is the perfect filler of our fridge for quick weekday cooking with all the love a picky chef would inject into a meal, without the time commitment neccesary. This food is all delicious and fresh, but favorites are flank steak and Asian ribs and amazing pasta dishes. Great variety, and the prices are amazing for the quality. We bought a marinated pork loin and frozen veggies. While the grilling instructions may have been accurate, the stovetop instructions were incorrect in so many ways: heat levels, time per stage, water addition amount needed (way, way off). The vegetables had NO instructions except to grill, and weather was not cooperating for grilling. Still, I averted what would have been a disaster and improvised; despite some burning on the pork (and two burned skillets!), the meat tasted good and the baked veggies were tasty - as much as frozen veggies can be. I'm giving it only 3 stars as this was our first foray with FSS, and I will try their casseroles (what could go wrong?) and review separately. If you buy something like this, be prepared to research preparation independent of their instructions &/or watch it VERY closely and have a back-up plan. They are not Blue Apron when it comes to accurate prep. read more
