He asked us to come out to Johnson's nursery and he would show us trees, bushes, and perennials that could be used to give our home more curb appeal. Damaged lawn, haphazard weeding / pruning, missed fertilizer applications, billing for work the office "thought" had been done, you name it. The only time an owner came to my property to promise improvement was when I held payment. They assigned a manager, who made many promises and said he was the point of contact, only to hear him say he didn't do scheduling, etc. Did a sodding job in my front yard FOUR times because of inadequate fill, lack of total coverage, and dumping the cut out grass on my neighbors property. I have never been this dissatisfied with a service. On the positive side, their irrigation folks are stellar. Went with another company on general principals. I'm thinking corporate accounts that don't care about quality are their mainstay.
