With that said, I find the secretary who handles scheduling and billing insufferable. While discussing a simple misunderstanding she was accusatory, demeaning, and simply rude. Rather then accept that a mixup had occurred she went on to call me a liar over the telephone and mocked me not understanding the companies policies. While the onsite service was exceptional I can not do business with them again.
