Hey potential clients DO NOT DO business with this guy,Sean. Here's my nightmare experience with…read morehim (Sean) and his "supposed" emoloyee, his brother: First of all this is my 2nd reviews that I have ever written on line about anyone or company and I am almost 60 years old! I bought a 1904 home in Thomasville NC to use as an Airbnb, and spent over a year renovating it, I live in California, so all my contractors dealings are over the phone, and all of them are based on people doing what they say they will do, another word, honestly, integrity, and human decency..when I decided to hire Sean he was great, on point with his responses...two new units were supposedly installed and everything was done according to him..a week later my plumber went by the house there was a poodle of water on my 120 year old original wood floors, leaking from the hvac system he installed up in the attic...along with damages to the first floors ceilings I reached out he came immediately to remedy that..this was obviously due to shitty work. A few weeks goes by, my sister then goes to stay at the house and it is freezing cold, this was last Nov 2025, contacted Sean, he comes out and "supposed" he checked, corrected the settings and temperature on the unit...he says if the house doesn't warm up then call back...a couple days goes by, house is still freezing COLD!! This went on a few times in a span of a couple weeks...finally I fly out from Cali to NC and stayed at the house and the temperature was in the low 40s!!! Same song and dance!!! Finally a couple weeks of back and forth during my stay there, he tells me that the duck work underneath the house is old and probably needs to be replaced, this is why the house is not getting warm...I said ok fine let's redo that..on the night b4 he was supposed to come out I zelled him $1900 for materials..the next morning I waited, the next day I waited, no return calls or texts...days goes by I hear from his brother saying he was in the hospital..and that he will reach out when he is well..I waited, and waited...finally he calls i had multiple conversations with him and making promises of him making one promise after another! In the meantime I had to hire a new company to come out and redid the duck work...cons I find out he didn't even have the decency to go underneath the house to assess what was wrong with the duck work, if it was even hooked up to the vents...so on top of doing shitty work he also pocketed $1900 for paid service that he did not provide... he has now blocked my # The following is a message to him directly: Hey Sean FYI The heater is not working AGAIN AT Main Street house and I hve a real Heating company out, today will be the 2nd times and he said all the installs that you did was NOT UP to code!!! on top of you ghosting and scamming me out of $1900 I am definitely now committed to making sure that these issues with your company, integrity and poor quality of your work will be broadcast loud and clear over the internet (yelp) Facebook or where ever else, along with contacting any local, state, and regional regulatory agencies that over sees your industry and make them aware of your company so that other home owners do not have to go through what I did and am going through.

I recently purchased an electric vehicle (EV) and was looking to get a home charger installed. Duke…read moreEnergy has an EV charger prep program to get reimbursed for preparing your home or garage with said charger. They will reimburse up to $1,133. After extensively asking Duke all the questions to get this reimbursement, I asked for a list of contractors they have worked with. They gave me a list of 5+ electric companies. Go Green was the 3rd one I called and the only one that answered. Right away, they showed me elevated service. I explained the situation to them and they offered a free consultation to come check out my garage and give me an estimate for the EV charger installation. The very next week, Richie, the technician, came out and met with my husband to check out the space. The first estimate was a little more than what we wanted to spend (with one expensive part being the cost of the surge protector). My husband asked if we could provide the surge protector would Go Green supply the labor for installation. Richie said they could do that and also that he will come up with 5 different customizations of estimates based on different services and promotions. Richie left and within a few hours, the estimates were in my email inbox. I ended up choosing one of the mid-level ones and signed the invoice ocking in the price. Go Green had to order some parts so installation happened a little over 2 weeks later. Richie was the technician for installation too. It took him and his partner a little over 2 hours to install the charger. The city also needed to approve the charger so Richie said Go Green would handle the communication with them so they could come out. I did put in a request with him for a certain day and the city was able to accommodate. Once I received all my documents (the proof of EV registration, my paid invoice, and the approved permit), I applied for Duke's EV charger prep program. I was rejected about a week-ish later for not having an itemized invoice up to their standards. I immediately called Go Green and told them what happened and within the hour, they emailed me a new invoice which I re-submitted to Duke. Two weeks later, Duke emailed me approval for the program and two weeks after that, I received my check in the mail. This is a long review, but I wanted to explain the full process of working with Go Green to get approved for the EV charger prep program. I cannot recommend them enough. They are efficient and professional. I am extremely happy with their work!

Our air conditioner recently stopped working. I've used Reedys several times in the past and called…read morethem again. The service person spent two hours trying to bypass the control board, It was working when he left but he said he didn't know how long it'd last until we needed to replace the board. That fix lasted about two hours and cost us $283.55. I again called Reedys, and the same technician came with a new control board. the cost was $650.00. the unit again worked when he left but ran for only a couple of hours. I called the service manager and he said he could send the same guy out and I decided I needed someone else. A friend who knows pumps and electricity troubleshooting looked at it for us. He found a clogged condensation pump motor. He cleaned it and the unit has worked fine since. I believe the service man doesn't know much about repairing the equipment or was running up a huge bill, The service manager said during a brief conversation that he didn't repair air conditioners. I wish I had contacted someone that knew how to clean a motor before calling Reedys. I've used this company many times but will never call them again. We spent $908.55 and nothing was fixed. For all I know the service man merely vacuumed the water out of the pan, which would have gotten the unit to run for a couple of hours.
