Warm, funny, sarcastic and most of all; genuine (real). I explained my plight and was told to come right over. I park, go in and you just get this vibe from Jessica and the other wonderful lady (name unknown) upon entry. No, "here is the paperwork we will be right with you" but, "coffee, water or anything else we can get you". Just an amazing initial impression that that to me is the most important. I met with the Owner (Mr. Kent) and his son, Bill. Bill; I hit it off with right away. Down to earth and absolutely NO BS. Mr. Kent; I adore. No pushy sales nonsense. No unrealistic promises. No up selling AT ALL! If you don't NEED it, he won't ALLOW you to buy it. Your needs come first and foremost. Trust me; this guy, (Mr. Kent) could sell you the Verrazano Bridge but instead he LISTENS to what you need and throughly goes over WHAT you need. I asked so many questions and he not once made me feel like a bother. There are A LOT of places to go for hearing aids these days but there is only one place that will give you the attention and care you want and mostly; deserve.
