We have been patients of Dr. Marrow's for many years. He and his staff have always been amazing. Open, caring, informative. Never felt as if we were being rushed through an appointment or that a concern was being dismissed. We have seen Dr. Marrow and his crew for everything from annual cleanings to cavities, crowns, root canals and even smaller things like night guards. Always pleased with the work that is done. We live about 40 mins away from the office but make the trip because the connection with Dr. Marrow, Amy, Liz and Pam (Dr. Crowley too) is worth the drive! They are professional yet friendly and comforting at the same time. The office itself is inviting and very clean and well kept. It was time for my semi-annual dental cleaning and full mouth x-rays. What a positive experience! Amy said, "18 views" and I thought I didn't ever remember that many being taken by my previous dentists. The difference is the new technology used by Earl Marrow, DMD's office. It's digital, taking instant, high-definition views. While Amy and I visited (like good friends with a dental cleaning instead of a beverage!), Dr. Marrow came in, quickly identified two teeth needing repair, Amy recommended a dental guard, scheduled our next appointment, and whoosh! Our wonderful visit ended. I'm looking forward to seeing them in March. I also appreciate their text reminders about visits, a series of 3 or 4, and emails confirming scheduled appointments. I was visiting for a follow up exam. This was not my first visit I have been a patient of Dr Marrows for 30 some years. The quality of care is very important to me and has never let me down. Dr Marrows is very particular in his work and you never feel the injection when he gives it. That alone is worth the visit. The office is always immaculate and is very comfortable and cheerful if you have to wait but that isn't often.
