I wish we could give 10 stars! Dr. Hasan and her team are the BEST. We moved to Braintree, didn't have a Dentist, and honestly selected BDG based on proximity and some strong reviews, and this is the best dental practice my husband and I have ever joined. The whole team is thoughtful, GENTLE, consultative, and kind. Dr. Hasan is knowledgeable, smart, and has fantastic bedside manner. My husband and I have had great dental work done, and the hygienists have been fabulous. Rarely ever any discomfort or pain, and if I've called out that it's painful, they immediately do what they can to make sure I'm comfortable. Even recently, my 2 year old chipped his teeth and we got him in to Dr. Hasan pretty quickly. She eased our worry (the parents) with a calm and light hearted approach, to an easy-fix situation. She helped to keep my child comfortable while she filed down a sharp tooth, and he did not cry or show any signs of fear - she and her hygienist kept him happy and smiling the whole time. Sonya is oddly not good at her job. She did my cleaning and left behind so much plaque. It's like I didn't get a cleaning at all. She also told me I could use my orthodontic retainers as whitening trays, which is just plain wrong. She's lazy and incompetent. Seek care elsewhere. Side note: I noticed she's removing bad Google reviews. She really upholds the stereotype that dentists are sleazy con artists. read more

Was one of her first patients when she first opened. She was very good at that time but since has changed. She says she's here to give back to the community but now says she's not excepting mass health for adults. Seems to me that she's all about profit them being professional and still helping the community. It's sad that she's choosing that path. read more

I have to tell you, I'm a daughter of a dentist. Since his passing I have been on the hunt for a dentist to take over especially now that we've moved to Quincy MA. My first appt was a consult. Dr Sonya Hasan is very good! the co-pay for a few cavity fillings and to have my daughters back adult molars sealed was less then $140! No wait at all when we arrived for our appt. Dr. Hasan and her office assistant were ready to go when we got there. she had both my daughter and I done within 45 minutes. I was worried we'd be at the dentist for a couple hours, nope! Sonya is an amazing dentist she had us in and out in less than an hour like she had promised. She is Very skilled, very knowledgeable, extremely efficient! After my first initial consult we had to schedule a separate appt to come back to have the work done. At first I was shocked that she was so booked out for a month and half, but after today I totally understand now why she's so booked! She's awesome! I'm so impressed and relieved to have found our forever family dentist in Dr Sonya Hasan and Braintree dental group! I recently had two crowns done by Dr. Hasan in one visit. She took the X-rays, prepared and scanned my teeth, made the crowns in her office and permanently installed them in approximately 2-2.5 hours. The office has excellent COVID protocols in place. I cannot say enough good things about Braintree Dental Group! Dr. Hasan is one of the most professional and personable dentists I have ever had! I went to Dr. Hasan initially because my previous dentist was telling me that I needed to have all of my fillings replaced, which seemed odd to me. They were located close to my other dentist, so I figured I would call and ask for a consultation. When I went in, Dr. Hasan was so welcoming and explained everything she was going to be doing. She showed me which tools she would be using and the benefits of them. After the exam, and showing me the pictures of my teeth, she reassured me that I did not need them replaced. I would give a million stars if I could. Dr. Hasan and her team are incredible!! My child tripped and fell and broke her two front (permanent!) teeth, and we were scrambling to find someone to see her on short notice. Dr. Hasan fit us in SAME DAY for x rays and checkup, and was able to fix my kiddo's badly chipped front teeth the following week. She was gentle, kind, down to earth, and very efficient. Her hygienists and receptionist are just as pleasant and professional as she is, and the office is so cute and welcoming. Amazing experience from the time we walked in the door! The decor is very inviting, fresh, and looks like something straight out of HGTV. The entire staff is super friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Hasan from a friend and I haven't visited any dentist for years. So, I came to Braintree Dental Group to see how bad my teeth were after 10 years not going to dentist. The office is professional but laid back. Dr. Hasan is credible, meticulous, and warm. On my first visit, they took an X-ray and found cavity, cavity, and cavity on my teeth and apparently, I have some gum issues that require deep cleaning. Dr Hasan and her assistant remedied my gum health and other issues in 2 visits without any need to extract my teeth. if you are a big scaredy cat when it comes down to dentist visit, you can trust that Dr Hasan will make you love dentist visit again! She's patient, she listens to you, works together with you to meet your needs. If you have a great amount of fear when it comes to sitting in the dentist chair, fret not. I had a tooth ache and it wasn't until late in the day I even called because I couldn't take the pain anymore!! My old dentist told me I needed two root canals 3 years ago, I knew I had a cavity but she wouldn't fill it, (I had no pain until yesterday)she insisted I needed to have root canals or have my teeth pulled!! Well I found out her husband does root canals and she has told about 3 other people the same thing and they went elsewhere!! (I wish I had) Well after waiting 3 years I did have to have one pulled, but the other one just needs to be filled! I wish I had found her earlier!! I found Sonya through my daughter who works down the street as a hairdresser!! She also talked her into getting braces, I have been trying to get her to get them for years!! Sonya took me at the end of the day because she knew I was in pain!! I am so greatful because she could of made me wait!! She is gentle and sweet beautiful young women who really works with you!! You don't feel like your just another patient, you feel like you know her and are comfortable being there, her staff is just as nice!! This office is by far the worst I've ever been in. Dr. Hasan was all about the money did a filling on me collected a copay, then come to find out she said she did a 4 surface filling. I believed her until my friend who just came back from Texas who is also a Dentist told me I have great teeth. She then told me that I had only a 1surface filling, hmmmm......
