At my consultation, they guided me through every concern I had, answering all of my questions with clear, concise replies. On the day of my surgery, they got me in the chair, prepped me for my procedure and then, like I snapped my fingers, I was in the recovery room. I asked my friend, who was giving me a ride home, when they were going to start the surgery, and he laughed, saying it was over. I had concerns regarding pain during my recovery, but the staff took care of me and my recovery was easy and virtually painless. If you need an extraction done, go to South Shore Oral Surgery; they are patient, kind, and understanding about the worries of their patients. Just be honest with them and don't be afraid to ask questions.

The front desk ladies are wonderful. Especially Lynn! Lynn worked with my dentist office to ensure I got the care i needed. The doctors and the rest of the staff in the back are great. The whole process probably took like 30-45 mins. They had me laying down in the back to allow me the needed time to wake up. Karly was more than helpful and made sure my wife and I got into the uber safely. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They quoted me a little cheaper than my dentist office did which was great! I was worried about going to a new place and because I saw a couple one star reviews but most regarding the front desk. Which I did not experience at all. I 100% recommend this place!!

ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH…read more We first came to Clear Choice Quincy after researching several other options. We had been to three other dentists and also to Tufts Dental School. My teeth were such a disaster and I only had a few left and they were falling out. There was nothing to save and so everyone was suggesting that I needed to pull all my remaining broken teeth and have implants. Tufts was willing to take me on as a dental school patient, but even with the reduced fees they offer, it was off the charts expensive and it would have taken two years. The other dentists advised me the work would have taken about 18 months. I was heartbroken. The money was very challenging, but so was the fact it would take two years to have this process happen. I was thinking my only option was going to be dentures. As a last ditch effort we came to Clear Choice Quincy and met with them. It definitely had a bit of a "sales pitch" vibe on the first day when we met with the sales team and watched the video in the little room, but the staff was so amazing and so professional that they rinsed that vibe away quickly and made us willing to really listen to the options and the procedure and how it worked. Don't let the video and the sales pitch sway you. The doctors and staff are what make a place and Clear Choice Quincy is so much more than just the Clear Choice name. The place works true miracles. The first doctor we met was Dr. Marinis and he was very kind and empathetic and Naomi, the assistant was so gentle and nice. We did 360 X-rays and the doctor spent about an hour with us, going over everything, explaining all my issues. There was a lot of time spent and a lot of patience with us and all our questions. They explained to us the entire process and their professionalism and expertise were palpable and obvious. We felt we were in very good hands. When we went back for the smile design appointment we met with Dr. Marinis again and Amy, another wonderful member of the surgical team. Again, they took a lot of time and it was obvious they really cared and took pride in their work and in helping people heal. I went back for my surgery and Dr. Gu, the surgeon, was amazing and an expert in his field. I had full uppers and lowers done and all my remaining teeth (18) pulled. Dr. Weber and Dr. Marinis then worked on placing the implants and getting everything perfect. I was back at work three days later and have no regrets. It is a VERY expensive procedure, but actually was less than what Tufts Dental and other dentists had quoted and there were no surprises or hidden fees. This place is organized and does not mess around. I left my procedure and on that very day, after fifty years, I had a smile. I have been having to learn how to smile because it is not something I ever did. I just had my two-week post-operation appointment with Dr. Webber and everything is healing beautifully and I was only in pain for about a week. I am being very strict about my diet and only eating soft foods as instructed, but it is obvious the surgeons and other doctors really know what they are doing. A body doesn't heal this fast without experts doing the surgery. Huge shout out to everyone there. I also am very grateful to Shannon, the office manager, who helped us with every little and minor detail. We travel from far away and she always accommodated our schedule and was available by email any time day or night or weekend. This dental practice works like a well-oiled machine and every person there is an absolute professional. They should be very proud of what they are doing. The science is incredible and I think in a few years it will be what everyone decides to do. Why wait two years with lots of procedures when you can get it all done in just a couple of visits? What was a very unknown, scary, expensive, daunting process has become one of the best choices I have ever made. If I had known in the beginning what I know now, I would have only had to meet with one dentist and would have done this years ago. Clear choice Quincy really is the best choice. I will always be grateful and I have no regrets. If you find yourself in this situation please do yourself the service of going and meeting with the Clear Choice Quincy team. You will be so glad you did!

I haven't seen such an old-fashioned blood pressure monitor in the last 20 years -- it's clear they haven't invested in maintaining or updating the facility. Our consultation felt rushed and impersonal. We were shown a short video, and when Dr. Juvet came in, it felt like we were bothering him by asking questions. He seemed eager to move on to the next patient. Despite our concerns, we went ahead with the wisdom teeth removal because our regular dentist had referred us. In hindsight, we should have trusted our instincts and gone elsewhere. When we returned for the extraction of the top two wisdom teeth, the nurse was kind, but Dr. Juvet remained distant and dismissive. I had asked him to be gentle, as my daughter was already crying after receiving four injections without much explanation or reassurance from the doctor. Unfortunately, he proceeded quickly and without sensitivity. He pushed her head from side to side during the procedure instead of guiding her gently or asking her to move -- which made us question whether he is only used to patients with full anesthesia, which my daughter didn't have . He offered no explanation during the process, and didn't even speak with me afterwards to explain how the procedure went. My daughter left the office shaking and in tears -- and she is not someone who is typically emotional. The lack of communication, care, and professionalism was deeply troubling. If you're looking for a provider who respects patients and takes the time to treat them with compassion, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This felt more like a factory than a place of care.

My 10:00 am appointment didnt finish until 11:30. The reason I went to this office is because they told me I could have laughing gas. The receptionist even asked me when I was going back if I wanted to laughing gas as I said, yes. When I go back, the assistant puts oral gel on my mouth and disappears for 30 minutes when she comes back and I asked about the laughing gas. She said nobody told her and rolled her eyes and said well the hardest part over being the Novacaine so you don't really need it now I expressed it was really loud in there. There was six doors opened. All the patients were waking up from having wisdom teeth surgery, patient's crying. Then the dentist came in, said " lets wiggle those teeth out friend" that's it they didn't say I was doing a great job anything they just said ones out and then the other ones out. They did not ask any medications i was on, then perscribed me a painkiller I absolutely cannot use. No stitches, the pain I am in is unbearable. I have such dental anxiety and this made it worse. I will never go back to Dr. Juvert again.
