First, when I reached out about an adults-only CRUISE for myself, my elder sister, and my septuagenarian parents in December, the FIRST option she sent back was an all-expenses paid RESORT with butler service. Those are two very different experiences, and the latter is not one I even alluded to desiring. Furthermore, she claimed she didn't receive some of my emails, and that she would provide an extra treat as an apology, yet ignored me every single time I asked outright what that extra treat was, then never actually followed-through on it. Speaking of not following through, the quote she sent me for my birthday trip in March had no details in it, and she never followed up with me, so I went with another travel agent who provided 5-star service that truly showed me how subpar this agency is. I took the bare bones quote as a sign of her increasing passive-aggression, as she often seemed annoyed or bothered by my questions instead of recognizing that she wasn't providing enough details which is what sparked so many questions in the first place. Like why do I have to ask about payment options instead of that being part of the conversation? That hotel she suggested we stay at before and after the cruise was terrible. It was loud, dirty, expensive for what it was, and had tons of children running around which is again something we expressed avoiding. And lastly, much to no one's surprise, I NEVER received a survey after my trip, and I was only sent ONE email asking about the 2-star rating I left on Google. She claimed to have sent me the survey, and several emails about the review, neither of which are true. I've never heard of Gmail supposedly failing so much for anyone else which led me to believe Shawn was purposely ignoring me and/or simply does not have the check and balances in place to make sure she follows up appropriately with her clients. I roll my eyes every time I see her on Fox 59 now because I feel like they either don't know how this business truly operates, or because only I was provided with unsatisfactory service which is not okay. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because we did actually have a great time on the cruise, and it was a decent match, but the amount of issues encountered along the way did not make it worth going through this agency.

I called to complain and they said they didn't have the reservation. They checked their email and found my confirming so they apologized and offered a free ride back to the airport. Sounded like a good resolution to a mistake, but then got text from the driver 15 minutes before scheduled pickup. Said his car would not start. REALLY! These guys are as bad as it gets. Much better to cab it. Even a covered wagon would be better.

We went to Poland, Germany, and Italy for a total of 3 weeks and Dave helped with a majority of it. I did book parts by myself with points and the group tour. I will say this if you are worried about going independently don't be. With a good guide book and Dave's advise and hotel selections you will have more fun then a group tour and have it on your own schedule. The booking process: Dave was understand and listened to what kind of experience you want and what your budget is, just make sure you are honest with him upfront about the budget so that he can help steer you in a good direction. We were very happy with our hotel selections and the locations. We told him what we wanted to do while we were there and he gave us a selection and if we weren't quite feeling it he listened and got right back with something more we wanted. Not only did he find good hotels for a good price, with the selections he made for us we felt more like a part of the city and taken in by the culture and the staff. He also booked our airfare, which was on pare with what you would get doing it yourself online but without the headache of having to do it. Listen to his advice about layovers! If it wasn't for him making us have a longer layover in JFK we would have miss 2 flights!!!! Last minute changes: So after all his hard work and a great vacation plan, we found out my wife was pregnant and Dave was super nice about everything and rebooked it all with the new dates with no additional commission. Yes we had change flight fees, but that was it and Dave made what could have been a huge mess just another simple step. Personality and Customer Satisfaction: You can't say enough about Dave as a person Cost/Value: To be honest it cost about the same as if I would have bargain hunted on expedia or whatever the difference is that I had a name and person to fall back on if something went wrong. This is a small private airport for single or double engine propeller planes. They also store,…read morewash, refuel, and can maintain your place here. They have flight instructors who can work with you on your schedule, at reasonable prices to help you get your private pilot's license. You can also rent a plane by the hour if needed. There is a pilots lounge inside, a nice reception area, and sitting area. The staff are always nice and helpful. I have landed and taken off from this airport many times in the past. They are currently expanding and have many new large hangers built to increase their storage facilities. It's a nice private, way back at the end of the road location. They also have loaner cars you can use if you fly in for a quick fuel stop and need to get a bite to eat, then be back on your way. This is a very nice small airport for the Greenwood area. I highly recommend them.
