Several disappointment in the professional ways things are handled and had to have them fix several things. Then in the end I was the bad guy for wanting things right. A lot of young kids doing the new construction and one lead man that was never there overseeing. Think long and hard if you are building a new house and pick someone else. Never again will I call these people. Having helped future homeowners select fixtures for their new homes, I never bought one for that amount even with a discount. I called because of a dripping faucet which I couldn't turn off to repair because the valve knob was too tight. They wanted $300+ to fix one faucet or replace the whole thing for $400+. I can fix the faucet myself. I have before. So basically, I paid $100 for a service call for a guy to turn off the hot water faucet.

They told us to follow up within 10 days, which we did and then never returned our calls. I had to email them to get someone to contact me. Once she called, she was on the defensive from GO. Blaming the customer for not reading an invoice and following directions to call when we've called multiple times with no return call. She said only one person gets on the phone with customers and she was out of the office due to illness. WHAT?!? TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE!
