If you're looking for a tint spot you'll see how many there are. Anyway, I came across 410 Tint Pro and decided that was where I wanted to have my windows tinted. It wasn't around the corner, but it wasn't too far either. I called to make a reservation and drove over on a Saturday. I had already read through their website for the needed information, but he still reviewed the different options. He knew my vehicle was electric, so he recommended the ceramic based on the need to preserve energy (keep the car as cool as possible). Based on the information and the demonstration with the light box, I agreed. My appointment was for noon, but my first appointment finished early so I arrived at 11 am. He was able to squeeze me in. This relates to what comes across as current communication issues. And if I come to Yelp and highlight the good, it is only fair to also highlight when an experience with a company... is not good. I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. And it is preferable to over-promising and under-delivering. Will not belabor the point, that is my most recent experience. And hopefully this review saves you... time. Thanks.
