We had a GM recall of our Redhawk for body mounts rubbing the brake lines ! Well we dont have those body mounts. But we did have other issues that were in the line of sight ! I called Roger last weekend about two pesky issues I was having with our used Motor Home. He was at my residence at 9:30 Monday morning ready to go to work. He was very friendly and likes to share his knowledge with clients. He is a born teacher. He first tackled a front air bag dump valve which was not allowing the bags to inflate. He pointed out that some nimrod had smeared silicone on the valve in a lame effort to stop leaking. All they achieved was to gum up the valve. Roger removed the valve and was considering buying a new one. In the meantime, he checked my fresh water system and confirmed my fears that I had a bad water pump. While waiting on a replacement pump, Roger checked online and found there was no replacement available for the dump valve. So he began to disassemble, clean and lubricate the old one. He found a problem and fixed it! Saved me the cost of the valve. Back to the water pump, he installed it professionally and pressure checked the entire system including the water heater. January 15 during the cold front. Stopping at an RV park my thermostat readout went blank and I could not operate my heater. Price Mobile RV Services returned my call promptly, came to my RV site when promised and repaired my thermostat without charging me for something I did not need.
