I went here for breakfast and I can proudly say the food and service here is nothing like I ever had before. The seating service is extraordinarily fast you will immediately have a seating arrangement, as soon as you walk into the establishment you will be asked how large your group is. After answering you will be asked to follow one of the employees to be seated at either a booth or table. The waiters here also work extremely quickly, I had waited maybe 30 seconds to a minute before I was brought menus and asked what drinks we would like to have with our meals. After ordering the food it was out really fast, hot and ready to be eaten. We tried the stuffed French toast as it seemed to be their specialty. It definitely hit the spot. My wife went for the pancake. Not pancakes, just one and that's a good thing because this cake was about twice the size of the plate. She barely got through half of it! They delivered from the coffee to the breakfast entree. I had the skillet with eggs, meat, sausage gravy with a side of toast. It was a lot of food and I took over half to go. Many would argue it takes second chair to the chef, but I think the sit down diner feel of these restaurants(two locations so you'll get seated quickly at atleast one) beats the new age attempt that is overrated with inadequate seating at the chef. If wall paper glue had taste, i would image my gravy for my country fried steak was what it would taste like. I'm sure it was the same batter for the waffles that was used for my daughters pancake, just bland and not fun to eat. However, it was cooked better then the pancake, but i can about bet it's different because of different methods of cooking. My husband and I have been looking for a brunch place with chicken and waffles, finally found one! I ordered the breakfast tamale With an additional tamale and avocado on the side to that we can split our meals. Both meals were delicious! And very filling!
