And like I state later in this review they make it sound so promising but the relationship slowly dissvolves in a cess pool after a few months. No one posts negative reviews on this community , fear maybe of retaliation IDK . After living here for a year with a Property manager that takes part of everyones security when you leave for cleaning and painting even though you did clean for ever before you left. I can go on forever but all I can say to anyone interested in living here beware they are all so sweet and promising but after you sign the lease it all changes the owner is hated by his neighbors for his constant construction and expansion plans that have ruined their property value and noise. Do yourself a favor think twice before you live here. Leash dog LAW is NOT enforced and dog waste is not picked up . But dont complain to them you will not get anywhere. Your gauges for your water meter and NYSEG are locked away but we had access to them at one time as you should. Rules of the lease are only enforced on some tenants while others are free to do as they please. They have 2 containers for garbage for over 100 units but are always full of the owners construction junk. And the big question and statement im going to make here is over 100 units and Not One Black Family not one its clearly sending a message. Look into the owner ex mayor past. Btw they kept $360 of my security for reasons they really not legally allowed to hold money for. Painting and Cleaning. And do it to every tenant they boot out or leave. No matter how clean you leave your unit they hire a family member to clean it again. Small claims court wont help because if you win they still have two years to pay the settlement amount and if they dont you have to put a lien on Donats Brow Inc. Waste of time ! Again why not one Black Family living there ? could it be the owners past views ? Merry Christmas .

Kept us waiting in the cold for twenty plus mins after i drove 3 hours to tour a listing. got mad at me when i called asking where to go. when i went to the office as instructed, no one was there. his wife ended up seeing us outside and taking us on the tour but good ole abey boy decided that NOW was the time to get off his butt and come over to "help":) he barged into the apartment while we were mid tour- verbally accosted us telling me i hung up on him. told his wife to cancel the tour that he doesn't rent to rude people. even his wife was confused lol. all on tape- here enjoy. also apartment was filthy- dirt grime and bugs. definitely not move in ready

The landlords are compeltely irresposible and rude to their tennants. You can absolutely forget trying to get your security deposit back, if they bother to send you a check at all it ends up bouncing. They make false accuasations about their tennants leaving apartment a mess to try to avoid giving them their deposits, they will do anything to avoid paying back a deposit. Their pet deposit is also a scam for a price as well as non-refundable. Do not rent from here!

All the materials and appliances were builders grade, and everything is beige and white. They said they weren't renting to college students, but shortly after opening they were barely renting any of the units so they changed their minds and let loud, rowdy groups of 4 or 5 college students rent units. They said they would do upgrades, like garage door openers and gutters, but they never did. They allow dogs and cats for outrageous NONREFUNDABLE fees. They rent you washers and dryers. There was on site maintenance until the guy got fired, and now there's nothing. The maintenance guy charge me $50 to unlock my door and when I told the rental office they said he was only supposed to charge $25. Overall, as soon as my lease was up, I moved. For what we were paying there, I was able to rent a small two bedroom home closer to Albany.

One day in the winter someone threw a snowball that narrowly missed my three year old girl that was meant for me. I supplied more than enough moving blankets, however they did not secure any items in place nor wrap items properly. Many dents in furniture & broken handles on a cabinet. Also dented and marked my new wood floor and hit my ceiling in 2 places. Asked for insurance submission- stopped responding to my texts. Before hiring I brought up all the negative reviews and was told those were selected by the website... Shame on me for believing he was different. See photos
