Don't use if you value your furniture. The 'crew' showed up in time and did the job, however only 1 of the 3 knew what they were doing. I supplied more than enough moving blankets, however they did not secure any items in place nor wrap items properly. Many dents in furniture & broken handles on a cabinet. Also dented and marked my new wood floor and hit my ceiling in 2 places. Asked for insurance submission- stopped responding to my texts. Owner David was off his train rails. Giving so many estimates that he messed ours up. Originally had a 275.00 estimate then sent final bill for 350.00 plus tax. One man showed up, when "men" were to remove a treadmill from our basement. He said no problem removing it by himself up the carpeted basement stairs. He struggled but got it up the stairs. We paid him cash. We went down to turn off the light and noticed grease on several stairs and handrail. We ran out to the Street to catch him, waving but he pulled away. I notified "Dave" with pictures asking him what he was going to do to correct the stained stair carpets. NO RESPONSE. "Yelp Guarantees" What should you/we do? They moved my furniture and a couple of file cabinets and bankers boxes from my office to what is to be my new home office about 7.5 miles. The move itself went fairly smoothly. Two men came on time, did the movie and were polite. I was pleased. Paid the owner $200 by Venmo and wrote out a check for a $30 tip. I live in subsidized senior housing and the rules about trash disposal are strict. I told the movers three or four times that they absolutely couldn't put furniture in the dumpster; the head mover said that wasnt a problem, that he would put the armchair and love seat that I wanted to get rid of in the U-Haul and dispose of it in his own dumpster today -- Monday. Instead, this morning, I had to deal with both maintenance and the building manager telling me that the movers had put the loveseat in front of the dumpster and a couple of people were upset. They totally lied to my face. I was put in a horrible situation-- the HUD folk demanding that the couch had to be removed by the end of the day. When I called and spoke to the owner, "Dave," he uses a fake name, he denied that the men told me they would take the stuff from me. His craigslist list ad lists Schenectady as his business address. When I spoke to him today, he said he's in CA and the mover I dealt with is on his way to Florida. What the heck! Anyway, I busted my butt to get someone, and the couch is out. When I opened the dumpster door, I saw that they had also shoved my office easy chair in there. So disappointing. Guy's name is Salim on Venmo, not Dave or David. 2. Responsive, moreso than other movers in the area. 3. Competitive pricing 4. 3 men showed up 1 hour early. I had no head's up and the guys thought they arrived to throw out furniture. I asked what business they were with and they said, "I don't know, you can talk to the guy that hired us." They put me on the phone and I asked what business arrived, he said "Dave's Moving" and said the guys were there early because they finished their other job early. 5. When showing the movers the stairs options they immediately started complaining. 6. When the movers saw the couch (3-seater) they immediately started complaining and swearing. 7. Moved couch quickly though were rough with it, using empty space between the frame to help push it up the stairs, shoved it though the apartment once it was in. Swearing and complaining throughout. 8. Movers apologized for their language, made small talk while they cooled down and caught their breath. One called me "honey", "sweetie", and "baby". 9. When I moved the rest of my things in later that day I noticed the couch was torn and the arm completely disconnected from the frame within the fabric. 10. I hired the to pack, move and then remove all junk.Totally unprofessional and unreliable. The packing folks never showed up. I was given 3 different reasons including the standard" family health issue" excuse. he promised to send 4 people to pack and move the next day. 3 showed up. There was no packing just boxing. They just grabbed things and put them in boxes and taped the boxes. No cushioning of anything, no bubble wrap and no labeling of what is in the boxes. That is NOT packing. When they made their first delivery they just dropped boxes in the living room aand then brought in furniture. Tbey did the same thing with the second deliery. This left all the furniture surrounded by boxes. They never asked where we wanyted things to bo deliverd. my wife and I are both wheelchair bound and could not move the boxes. We had to hire out to get the living room straightened out. They lost ables for our power recliner , broke a set of floor lamps, and ruined our 50' Tv set frame. I told the owner about the mess and he suggested that he send someone to clear up the mess for a fee. he wanted me to pay him to clear up the mess his people created. They also didn't bring everything to the new place and I had to get people to move them for me. He has ignored any contact since I told him that I should be reimbursed for the broken pieces and for having to hire others to fix the problems he created. They got the job done and went above and beyond when the couch wouldn't fit in the new place. They drove all the way back to where it came from and put it back. Terrible service - called me halfway through the move to request more money... broke my 55" tv and a frame of a picture and refused to even do an incident report. DO NOT HIRE THEM! Super shady and not professional- claim to be an LLC but when it came time to fix it they wouldn't even give me a receipt for the move when I asked multiple times - and told me to file small claims court for the tv - Dave's exact words were, "I'll see you in court". I have the recording of the phone call too when he said that if I don't pay more cuz it's more stuff than he anticipated (a 5x10 storage unit which I very clearly said) and when I said I won't pay more than we agreed he said he'll put it back in the storage unit cuz it doesn't matter to him... the whole thing was just a big joke! read more

Excellent, moving in responsibility as far as responsiveness, they move things fast and efficiently. one drawback was that I asked them to put some soil ahead in the planner in the driveway.
