To hold a small business "hostage' during these times of CV19 is completely ridiculous... I'm happy to pay for the finished facade sign I've ordered...and they kept their 'finished' work without final approval. So much for future recommendations..

He also handled the permit paperwork with the city. Then, when I mentioned I needed some indoor signage for my mailbox and office door, he used the design I had already sent to create some sharp-looking but inexpensive interior signs that he came and installed. They all look very nice, and Dave was great to work with.

I will never be back to this location. Three employees, not one of them looked up at when I walked…read morein. I waited 15 minutes while 2 of the 3 employees helped other customers and the 3rd employee taped up boxes and never once looked up at the quickly forming line. After 20 minutes, there were 8 of us in line and NOTHING was said to any of us, not a 'thanks for being patient' or 'I will be right with you'. The worst customer service I have experienced.

Once I finally got my issue resolved, I thanked the rep anyway and extended my hand to shake his, he refused to acknowledge me. I'll stay away from this location from now on. Very disappointing
