This December I noticed a leak near the valve and asked them to come see if it was warranty work. We agreed to an appointment time and Brandon was a no show. He did not call ahead of time and did not respond to my text asking if he needed to reschedule. I tried calling, and he would not pick up nor would he return my call. I had my wife call from her phone and he picked up, apologized and said he was embarrassed about the lack of promptness or customer service. We set another time for him to come out. I even marked the spot with a small red flag. The day came and went, he was a no show again. Now he won't respond to either of us, via text or email, or phone call. I have to assume he does not want to consider warranty work, if that's what it turned out to be. If you check his bio on Yelp, he references wanting to build good customer relationships and offer quality, reliable service. After our recent experiences I'd have to give Brandon and Better Earth a solid F minus, maybe even a zero. The funny thing is, when he came out this past summer he asked me why I've used so many different irrigation companies in the past few years. I told him it was because of reliability and honest service. Now we are having to mark Better Earth Solutions off our list and while they can do good work, I'd not recommend them to anyone. I even sent him a few notes about writing a negative review but wanted to give him a chance to "make it right" before I did. His silence spoke volumes. If you are looking for an irrigation company, I'd say hard pass on Better Earth.

All within 10 days we had Jesus come by to scope the project, got an estimate, scheduled the work and now it's all complete! Jesus was incredibly helpful and very kind, and Noe the onsite project manager was awesome. Both of them were also super responsive! The guys were on time and they even came back by in the evening unscheduled to finish a piece we hadn't originally scoped. Highly recommend! Will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend to anyone.
