First of all they put down two different types of grass and were supposed to come back and remove the incorrect grass and replace it and never did. Much of the grass they installed was horribly brown and in very poor health. They even installed sod on top of my sprinkler heads!! And then decided to leave a large area probably 10' x 10' with no grass at all. During this time we had also paid them $1600 to repair our water fountain, and he never repaired it or sent anyone to repair it. They basically stole our money. I would not use Perspectiv Gardens or Chris Greenlee. These guys are a scam. We have invoices and receipts as well as pictures for everything. I will be sending all data to our attorney.

Hired Billy for lawn clean-up after moving into my house. When Billy came out the first time for a…read morequote, I heard lots of stories from Billy about his experience in my neighborhood and how he works with the Mayor, the Chief of Police and many other local residents. Billy seemed to know what he was talking about and the price seemed fair for cutting my grass weekly and a one-time job of removing weeds from beds and trimming shrubs. I was told how professional his crew is and was assured that they take their time to ensure minimal wild blades of grass with their weekly cuttings. Was given similar assurances that the trimming and weed pulling would be top notch. I paid an extra $20 for the first cut since the grass was longer than normal (the house had been vacant a couple weeks before I moved in.) I asked Billy if his crew was going to bag that first cut to avoid leaving clumps of dead grass all over the yard. Billy assured me it was not necessary to bag that cut because his crew was professional and knows what they are doing. The price was right so I hired Billy to perform the work. I was not that satisfied with the first cut (tall grass and clumps of dead grass all over the yard) or the weed pulling. Plus, a couple shrubs were left half trimmed and one of the beds looked untouched. I called Billy to complain. He came out promptly and assured me the shrubs would be taken care of when his crew cut my grass the following week. I took him at his word but the following week his crew did not finish trimming the shrubs and the grass looked mediocre at best. I contacted Billy to terminate his services after that second visit by his crew. Billy sent an invoice for the full amount that we discussed that was dated the same day I ended our relationship. I felt it was unreasonable to a) charge full price when he know his crew left the work unfinished and b) expect me to pay on demand when that was not our agreement. I planned to pay Billy at the end of the month as we had agreed. Billy showed up at my front door (unannounced) before the end of the month and asked for his money in full. I told him that I was not going to pay full price for a partial service. Billy offered a slightly reduced price and I told him I would send a check for that revised amount. Billy made it a point to tell me again about his close relationship with the Mayor, Chief of Police and other locals. I don't know if he was showing off or trying to intimidate me. I was not intimidated. If anything I was even more irritated, but I did send the revised payment the next morning. I sent a text message to Billy asking for a Paid in Full receipt on 10/4. Billy replied the same day that "Betsy" would send a receipt once they received my check. My check was mailed 20 days ago as I write this review and I live about 1.5 miles from Billy so I have to assume he received the check by now. If not, I know I would have heard from him. I see that Billy has some fans, but he can place me in his non-fan category. I am not impressed and I would never use his services again. Based on the positive reviews, I assume Billy's crew is capable of doing good work but that was not my experience. Caveat emptor is my recommendation to anyone considering any of Billy's companies (B&B Lawn, Blundell & Sons, etc.).

Shortly after, a three-person crew got right to work on my trees and handled everything efficiently. They were also very thorough with the cleanup and left the area looking better than they found it. I would definitely recommend this company for their fair pricing, skilled team, and the care they put into their work.

I had another company do it for $250 took 20mins. Generally there's warrantees when you buy palms (or at least they will work with you on giving you discounted trees for the ones that they gave you that died or be accommodating in some means) we bought a few costing in the thousands. All of our palm trees had died that we purchased from them (if I remember correctly, they were $3800 apiece?) My husband just talked to the company and they said they won't replace anything because I left a bad review!!!!!!!!!!! so I guess I'm being black balled literally because I left honest review!!!!! we own several businesses ourselves never would I ever even think of treating a customer in such a unprofessional and honestly resentful way. Like is this guy really trying to take revenge on me for my honest review?! I requested bids to come and check from multiple Landscapers & Plumbers and Ladybird were the first ones to respond, they were out there and working on it within a few hours. The team was excellent and the job was larger and more complicated than originally expected, they worked with me on price and still came in faster and cheaper than a lot of the other bids I received. They cleaned everything up that was dug out and it looks almost as if they were never there. Thank You!

I understand it's a business and they charge a set fee however the 2 hrs they were late and the unplanned repeat trip more than accounts for $25 of my time. Aside from these issues, the work was good and I'd use them again BUT I'd make sure to have them give me a full walk thru of the work completed to ensure total resolution and satisfaction.
