There are some lights in the waiting room. A sign says to enter quietly and wait to be attended to. I waited for 30 minutes and no one came to see me, I think only one lady works there. I heard them talking in a closed room. I peeked my head around the corner and didn't see any place to go to get to the crystals. I was looking around the lobby and saw a calendar/white board that had some notes on it and there was a message saying that open shopping is only during select hours depending on the day I wish there was some clearer information on when you can get these items. There's no where on the website or Yelp that states this and I tried to call multiple times during the day to get more information before I went and no one picked up. I don't know how their cleansing services and meditation work is but long story short, if you're going for sage, you may be too late
